Trace was absolutely awesome and a life saver. I'm new to Utah and bought a house near downtown, however I have a tremendous fear of bugs, and saw a few over the past few weeks which prompted me to call in. Trace was so caring, and patient with me, explaining everything very granularly so I'd understand. He was also…

Bryce Bollinger was extremely thorough went out of his way to point out a potential problem to me where mice could get into my house! So appreciative of him, pointing that out otherwise I would not have known and I would’ve most likely ended up with mice in my house!
**Update April 10, 2026: Today our service was with Richard, and he was also incredible! We've had a major problem with ants for the last few years, and none of the previous companies fixed it. But Richard took the initiative to look around and he found the source of the problem, which were two tree stumps that…

Listen, hoomans. I, Greeley, am writing this from the couch where I am bravely recovering from my extremely tragic broken toe. (Yes, it’s as dramatic as it sounds. Yes, I deserve snacks.) But despite my current delicate condition, I simply had to leave a review because PestPro came to my house and did an absolutely…

Pest Pro has provided consistent service for me for over six years. Most of the companies I researched require a hefty subscription, which I'm not interested in. Trace was very thorough, treated all the areas where I have seen pests — and did additional places I hadn’t pointed out, and even knocked down wasp nests, which I hadn’t even thought about. He was very polite and patient, too👍
Austin was my technician, he was right on time with a prior phone call to let me know he was on his way He was very thorough in spraying my property inside and out and also, he sprayed the neighbor’s house. Bryce was on time within the two-hour time frame I was given. He was soft spoken and respectful. He put on shoe protectors to keep my house clean. I appreciate that they return to spray again if the issue is not resolved.
Connor and I are now on a first name basis and he is the best! Great service every time and have now been a customer for years. I really really hate bugs but especially wasps, and having a spray every couple months has made such a difference.

Original review: Very thorough with friendly guys doing the work. Connor (and one other - can't remember his name). We used to use another company but they became very unresponsive. We’ve been using Pest Pro for quarterly treatments for years and have referred several friends to them. They are one of the best priced pest companies and guarantee their services. I'm honestly not 100% sure if it was the technique that was used to distribute the product on my property or the product. But they did not work AT ALL! I’ve used three different pest companies in Utah with my own home and my small apartment buildings. Terminex and eco shield both had less than subpar results.
