Brandon was very friendly and professional

Not pleased. Was told the inspection would include wood faring pests and rodents, but the inspectors only checked for termites and left. Report they provided hardly provided any detail. When we followed up, they said it would be extra for rodents.

Got 4 company's to come out and give estimates .this company was almost 4 x the price and tryed to add services that I didnt need Guy that walks through for the free inspection is payed on commission and it shows. 10 out of 10 wouldnt recommended!

Detailed inspection. Wasn’t able to be on site during the inspection, I wish I would have received a phone call to walk through findings. Did receive a very detailed report and the team was available for my questions through email.

Ian was very kind and approachable, which really helped me feel comfortable asking all my questions today.

Scott inspected my house, found evidence of mice. Made a plan, explained everything and took time to answer my questions until I felt confident. Waiting for written estimate so cant comment on price but would highly recommend asking for Scott!

I have hired Pest Pros of Michigan for 2 years. I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. They always call ahead and are very easy to communicate with. They handle all of the pest prevention for my house year round. I know if I had an bug or pest issue they would be the first and only call to get the issue fixed. Overall a great local company.

Amber was very knowledgable and did a great job explaining what was going on at my mom’s house. She and her partner got right to work and brought some additional issues to my attention I didn’t know about. I am glad I called Pest Pros and even more happy that they sent Amber.

We had a rodent problem and Evan came and did an evaluation and made suggestions as to how to prevent a problem of attracting the rodents. When he returned he set up traps quickly. He is very pleasant AND knowledgeable.
