Keegan at Pest Pros is fantastic
This is the first time Tyler has serviced our property, and I hope it won’t be the last. He genuinely cared about our satisfaction and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our service. He was helpful and knowledgeable and ready to assist.
Respectful, thorough, quiet.
Josh and his crew were professional and kind and definitely fits in with Pest Pro’s “like family” team. Thank you again for your always friendly and efficient services! And thank you for giving Kacey dog some lov’ins
Great company. The people are very customer service oriented and friendly and get the job done well! I didn’t have to be home when they did my outside service and that helped a lot!
Josh with Pest Pros did a great job! Very thorough and mindful knowing I have young kids and dogs in the home.
Had Ian come out to soothe my anxieties about the huge spiders I keep coming across in the house - he was wonderful! Super nice and professional and he made sure to say hi to our cats before he got to work (they loved it)!

Great job! Friendly and polite too!
Jayremiah took great care of us today, and was able to focus on ground wasps and spiders. Pest Pros has taken great care of us for years now, and we plan to stick with them. I have to update this review an hour later. We found a woodchuck den and Ryan from Pest Pros got out here in 20 minutes and set the…
Call them! We called on a Saturday and they came out the same day. Very very friendly and helpful. Very fair pricing. We had Christian and he was professional , friendly and efficient.
Tony Sorrentino set up and supervised the services and did so with exemplary professionalism
Pest Pros have been servicing our home foe over 2 years and we couldn't ask for a better-quality team. They provide an indoor/outdoor bi-monthly insect control and mosquito fogging during the summer months. In between service calls they are quick to come take care of any concerns we have. Every tech we have worked…
They were always so friendly to our kids and pets when coming out to our home. We had a wonderful summer not worrying about bug bites.
I use Pest Pros frequently for spider control and they are amazing!! Good communication and awesome techs!
If you're having pest problems, stop what you're doing and call Pest Pros NOW, you won't regret it. I recently moved to the Kalamazoo area, and wanted a service to come out and spray something stronger than the "Home Defense" stuff sold at big box stores - similar to what I previously had. Like you're probably…
Phenomenal, spectacular, and simply amazing. We had some trouble with springtails this year (not bad, but to me it felt stressful). Pest Pro’s were on it (after another company happened to keep deleting us of their schedule even though we prepaid). I adore Kendel, Tony and Taylor that I either talked with on the…
From our first Friendly and customer service oriented call with Taylor to Tony’s professionalism and Hardwork at our home, they quickly identified our carpenter ant issue and got us set up to eradicate it immediately. As gross as it sounds, I vacuumed up 50 + dead ants this morning after they came out on Wednesday,…
