I left a review a week or so ago thankful for their service and wonderful customer service care… today I was let down. This was the fourth time they have been back and Josh was not so friendly. Straight and to the point didn’t even introduce himself. He tried to do treatment again hoping it’ll help lessen the…
Josh and Pest Pro’s the best. I just reached out to them earlier today. Josh came out same day within the window of time we were given. I would definitely recommend them.
Excellent service and kept in contact with me as far as arrival time and what he was doing
Prompt response and pleasant interaction. Setting up quickly to get the job done today if possible.
I called in the afternoon for bees and Brenda was here by 5pm. Excellent service and so kind. She even threw the football to my son who was playing in the yard. Highly recommend. Thank you Brenda!
The service guy, Mason, was very congenial and easy to work with.He did not make it at the scheduled time which was inconvenient for us but that may be the fault of the one who is scheduling the appointments and not giving realistic time frames
When I called to schedule for someone to come out and remove a wasp nest out of the crawlspace in our basement, I expected to have to wait a week or two (one local competitor was scheduling 3 weeks out, which is why I ended up calling Pest Pros). They were able to get me in the next day. The service technician,…
Masen was professional and reassuring as he explained the process he would be using to rid our garage soffit corner of colony of yellow jackets. He explained it might take up to two weeks for the spray and “dust” he applied to do their jobs on the colony. True to his warnings, the insects are pretty angry today, and…

Tyler was courteous and professional, we appreciate everything he did. He had to crawl through a small opening to get to the hornets nest. Also put everything back as it was. Thank you, Tyler.
