Wallace has exceptional customer service. Very easy to work with and handles all of our concerns.
Rick was very responsive and treated the house for roaches immediately upon agreeing to the price. The treatment was effective and so far so good. All I see are dead roaches.
Peyton assessed our home and identified the problem areas where yellow jackets had moved in. He presented a plan and proposed cost and proceeded to take action to eliminate the problem immediately. He also removed all cobwebs from the exterior of the house. We are very happy with the service received.
Rick explained about the Services of Pest Pros along with the different plans and cost. He went around and did what was needed for my property getting rid of the wasp nest taking care of yellow jackets, ants and flies. Rick was courteous, Well, skilled, professional, polite, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how it will be taken care of.
Michael went above and beyond. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything, and made sure every concern was addressed before he left. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right. Outstanding service and a great representative of the company. Highly recommend!
