House was treated for carpenter ants in July and now in September our contractor discovered an infestation in the wal of the house. They charges $1250 and do not warranty their service

Tim has been doing a great job. I've never had a problem over the last 7 or 8 years that he has been servicing my house & property. Which he does twice a year. No more ants. No more anything!! Very professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied.

Tim was very knowledgeable, professional & patient answering all my questions over the phone. I was shopping around & comparatively his fees were very reasonable! I had a 'false alarm' (didn't know this was possible until he gave me that nugget of wisdom) so I did not use his services this time around. However, if that ever changes this will be the business I call.

Pest Specialist did an amazing job. I contacted them to remove a huge hornets nest. Tim discovered three more nests as well as a carpenter ant colony and took care of everything. He is very professional and knowledgeable and gave me some helpful tips. Should the need arise, Tim is the only one I will call. UPDATE - I contacted Tim again for something running around in the crawl space. Once again, great job.

I’ve been using Pest Specialist LLC for 7 years. They perform a bi-annual service which works great and they’ve come out to help with specific ant, wasp, and rodent issues. I know if I call with a problem (like the wasp nest we had in our basement wall two years ago - yikes!) they’ll get out to the house quickly and take care of things. Highly recommend!
