These people are rip off artists. They totally took advantage of my 90+ year old father. He had a raccoon problem, so they came and put a trap on top of his garage. The first raccoon was included in the price, but they left the trap on the garage for weeks catching every raccoon in the neighborhood at $99 a pop.…

Then they wanted any outrageous amount of money to fix where the raccoon was coming in the attic!

We have paid them thousands of dollars. Still have critters, still hear chewing, NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. I'm literally not sleeping from all of the activity in my walls and attic. We now have to go with a new company since it's been months of dealing with this. I wish we never would have hired this company, waste of time and money.

We had a squirrel problem that was getting out of hand. After calling Pestway, they had Michael come out for an estimate. He was professional and thorough, more importantly got the job done right the first time. Highly recommended!

Called for follow up service for bat intrusion . Luke was the rep from the company. He was very knowledgeable, understanding,respectful and kind. We could not be there for the visit. He sent pictures and spent time answering my myriad questions and he discussed solutions. Pricing very fair and potential charges are discussed prior to initiating work. Luke called at completion of work to inform about and discuss work done. Very knowledgeable and kind and understanding young man!
