Updating this review. Charged us $3000 for bat removal. Bats came right back so they sealed a bunch of spots they missed the first time. Bats are back again and they want $90 to come inspect it again. Check their Yelp ratings first too. New company just came and showed me a ton of areas Pestway missed sealing off including the bat door they removed!

The man who came to do our home inspection and service quote had previously been a service tech so he was highly knowledgeable about their service, products & how they are able to fully exterminate with a warranty for any return.
We have been having issues with a bat near our home and the technician checked all possible areas including the attic to confirm that they were not coming in the house and we needed to treat the issue on the exterior. He was very thorough and communicated well through the process.

They didn't exterminate the bats, to be clear. They did bat exclusion treatment. But it's the only option that's close.
