Pestway

Working with Pestway was easy, and painless. Donnie was professional, polite and honest and talked through our situation coming up with reasonable solutions! Highly recommend!

Pestway was very instrumental in helping me catch the momma groundhog and her four little ones that were living under my deck . Once caught they installed a rat wall to keep the groundhogs and other pests from being able to dig under my sunroom. Very satisfied with their work and their response time!

Reliable company

Suspected a critter in y attic and contacted Pestway randomly. They responded immediately and sent a technician the next day. He explained exactly how they could help me, inspected the attic and set a cage on the roof. A racoon was trapped the next day and later the attic was sanitized and the entryways were… Read full review

Caught skunks in trap three days in a row. Animals picked up same day. Pictures are from prior year pick ups.

We were very happy with the services from Pestway. We called late one afternoon and they were there the next morning, just as they promised. They looked for and found that we had a raccoon in our attic and took steps to get him out of there, while telling us how to discourage him coming back. We really appreciate… Read full review

Did exactly what they said they would do and we’re raccoon free!

Friendly and professional answered all my questions. Treated animal with respect. Showed up at decent time to retrieve trap with groundhog.

They removed bat from inside of house and sealed up all entry points to the house and installed bat door. Very professional.

If you’re looking for a way to relocate wildlife without harming them, this is a good option.

Buyer beware!!!! Pestway Review - Lack of Customer Value and Integrity I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Pestway, and I feel compelled to share my feedback and warn others about their business practices. It became apparent to me that this company does not value its customers or act with… Read full review

Pestaway has done a great job helping us trap and remove several skunks from our yard. Office staff and technicians have all been very helpful and friendly.

I was at my wits end with no help after calling several places to come help me. Pest way was the only place to return my call after normal business hours and was kind, professional, and punctual with the agreed upon time. Thank you for your great service!!

Pestway got the job done quickly and thoroughly.

Fast service, good communication. So far have caught a raccoon and opossum when I was trying for a skunk! Overall, very pleased with their services.

The 2 employees that came to my home for the original work, they did their inspection and explained very well about my situation with bats. They went into depth about what they were doing and the time of year were in so bats were legally protected animals. After that they scheduled the work to get done. They came… Read full review

I’ve used them since 2020 and am very happy.

Great responsiveness to our issues with bats getting into our attic. Knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. They don’t just trap animals and keep coming back, they provide the solution. Not like others that kept coming back.

They came before the arrival window. Quick and efficient

The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Looks like I won't be bothered by squirrels nesting in my attic, anymore. All entry pio installednts were reinforced with Aluminum stops. I am pleased to say I won't be yelling up there anymore for them to SHUT UP!

I've now used Pestway for a couple critter problems at my house. The employees are knowledgeable and explain things well. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and prompt with service/responses. I had some extensive repairs needed for my attic to keep some squirrels out. Pestway did a very thorough… Read full review

The service I received from this company was well over and beyond. I explained the problem I was having and within 24 hours they was able to trap one of the 4 animals I seen. And when I called to inform that it was something in the trap a tech was sent out that day to remove it Great job and was very professional.

Bats and raccoons. Siding and soffit was repaired and sealed. Second visit to disinfect the attic and did a visual to confirm no further access was available. Great service.

Explained everything in detail, no hard sell on services. Arrived ready to do the work. Spent time to do the job right and explained anything I wasn't sure about. I would recommend this company

We had bats in our chimney. They followed regulatory methods for removal and abatement. Did a great job and very friendly.

Set the trap and came to remove the animal in a timely fashion

Pestway was easy to work with, from the estimate to the final cleaning. They did a bat removal (not extermination). Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. Definitely recommend.

We had a wild animal issue and when I called they were the only ones who could come that same day -a Saturday. I called a couple times because I was worried about the animal and Amber assured me it would be fine and also let me know James would be running behind since he had numerous house runs to do. When he… Read full review

Very professional and considerate

Great service and very professional.

So far so good. All appointment times were kept, which is important to me. They explained the process & what they were completing with each service appointment. Only one more appointment and hopefully my attic will be squirrel & bird free. 😬🥴

Fast pick up and rebaiting. Courteous and professional.

Excellent work to take care of bats, squirrels and even a bird nest. Would highly recommend!

We’ve had these folks come out to the house to deal with the ridiculous raccoon issues we’ve been having. Russ came out, he was super professional and cleaned out shed that raccoons made their den. His advice was super helpful. Cost is pricy but the piece of mind that I knew a professional was going to cover it made me not want to tackle the hazard myself.

Great experience!

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up trapping the mother raccoon with my own trap and removed and relocated the babies on my own as well, but when I called with questions and the teams that came out to the house were friendly and knowledgeable.

Mark was great at explaining the thorough service that was going to be done first visit and thereafter. This company was called after our issue didn’t get resolved with a different company. We will use Pestway for all future concerns or updates. Found the problem, reasonably priced and we are very happy! Thank you.

Heard scratching in my attic and contacted Pestway. They humanely trapped a racoon that was getting in through a soffit. I also had them seal up all potential openings critters could get in including ridge vent screens. My wife was pleased to learn that this would also end our stink bug problem!! The crews were… Read full review

Great experience, they responded fast, were able to come out And help remove our wildlife right away. Would definitely recommend.

I called to have them safely/humanely remove the raccoon family from my chimneys. Harry arrived on time the next day. He was super friendly and set a trap for the mama raccoon on my roof. He listened into my fireplace and could tell that babies were in there with her. The mama raccoon was found trapped in the cage… Read full review

Very speedy and professional. Lacked communication about the required deposit for services and never received a follow-up in regards to it like we were told we would after they reviewed the recording of the phone call to make the appointment. But with that being said I would use them again if I had too. Hoping to still receive that follow up call.

Pestway came out and gave me a quote for rodent removal and insect prevention. The technician was very informed and answered all of my questions before we made the decision to go with their services. Overall it was a good experience for pest removal. The pricing is affordable and the service is great. I would highly recommend.

The company was prompt in its services and communications with me and my mom. Very helpful and courteous. Made us feel at ease and comfortable in installing the device(s) to rid the premise of the wildlife animal. I definitely would highly recommend their services.

My tech Jon that came out and did the initial inspection was awesome and did a great job. Communication after Jon was lacking. I wanted the company to do my insect extermination but they still haven’t returned my phone call.

Company is very professional, dutiful, prompt and effective.

Harry the technician arrived on time and did a great job patching the pest entrance holes. Also explained what was done. Very pleased with the service!

The staff was very kind and came the same day I called. They told me the problem, fixed what they could that day and were back out in two days to finish the job.

Good service

Knowledgeable and friendly, would go with this company again (though hopefully I won't have to!)

Did not work! For starters the pricing is ridiculous. They charge for everything. The Specialist that came out was friendly and knowledgeable. However, they simply put a trap outside by the hole and baited it with cat food. The racoon was absolutely uninterested in the trap. It was making more holes to get in… Read full review

Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. This includes the office personnel and the technicians who come out. I've used them several times over the past two years and they have always been prompt in their response. I would heartily recommend them for your wildlife removal.

On time, detailed explanation of work to be done. Good people.

The professionals at Pestway came in, performed a pest inspection, developed a plan of attack, executed it, and continue to work hard getting rid of the pesky pests. I recommend Pestway sincerely.

The employees at Pestway are professional and friendly. They have excellent and expedient service and have answered all my questions with patience and kindness. They are trustworthy and I would absolutely hire them again.

Caught the racoon. Made a call and animal was gone! John was a very nice guy as well.

Two people stood out in a major way: 1. Amber was helpful, understanding and an advocate. I was rescheduled multiple times but by no fault of her, without her help, I would have went elsewhere. 2. Nate was fantastic as the person who did the work on my house. He explained everything clearly, was patient and also an… Read full review

I contacted Pestway after another company I called and set an appointment for was a no-show. When I contacted Pestway (I called on a Sunday), the CSR was really nice and she was able to set me up an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the appointment window, assessed the problem I had with squirrels… Read full review

Pestway showed up on time, and did a good job removing a captured raccoon for release back into the wild.
