Pet Concierge has been a huge help with my senior dog, Gizmo. They’re consistent, patient on walks, and handle his medication calmly and correctly. It’s reassuring to know he’s in good hands, especially at his age. I would recommend to anyone with a senior pet.

I hired Pet Concierge Chicago for puppy care and I'm very pleased with their consistency and quality of service. They not only take Max out for his daily walks but they also reinforce my training efforts while they care for him. Their sitters are very professional and I would highly recommend to anyone with a young puppy
We had a wonderful experience using Pet Concierge! While we usually rely on the kindness of our friends to look after our 2 dogs and 1 cat, we decided to try a petsitting service for this most recent trip. As a 3-pet household we were worried about cost for additional animals but Pet Concierge only charges an additional $7 per animal per service... that seemed like a steal to us!
We booked the "almost overnight" service where the sitter came in the evening and first thing in the morning. We were a little anxious to leave the pups overnight by themselves for the first time, but our sitters were super communicative and their helpful check-in reports and photos put us at ease. We got so many goofy photos of our pets while we were gone, it was clear they were having a great time!

Thank you so much for this, Chrissy! We know how nerve wracking is can be to leave your fur babies in someone else’s care, especially for the first time, so it means a lot to hear that our team helped put you at ease. We loved caring for your crew and hope to see them again soon!

Hazel has 3 weekly walks with this team while I’m at the office, and we’ve had a great experience. I love that they assign a consistent pair of sitters who know her well and can back each other up if one is unavailable, so we’re never left hanging. Hazel adores them, and it’s obvious they truly care for the pets like their own. Their app is easy to use, and the staff and management are always professional and reliable.

I continue to have great experiences with Alby both for overnight care when I'm traveling and regular walks for my energetic dog, Janet. I especially appreciate the detailed updates that come with each visit. Emmy, Ellen, and Julia were especially great this weekend - responsive, caring, and flexible - as I experienced some cancellations and changes in my travel plans. It was such a relief to know that my dog was in great hands and would be cared for when travel got stressful and unpredictable. Highly recommend!
