Is Pet Evolution - Mill Creek, WA - Grooming | Self-Wash | Healthy Food | Mobile Nail Trim any good?

Ellie came out from her make over looking nothing short of Beautiful... With a festive kerchief and nice smile, she was glad to be headed home.

Great place to give your dog a bath! Friendly staff and easy to do. I washed my dog myself and clean towels, shampoo, and the blow dryer are all included with the wash and are easy to use. They have aprons available if you wish to wear one to stay dry. I will continue to take my dog here for baths!

Terrible experience. The front desk people are incompetent, unprofessional and very poor communication/customer service. I’ve brought my small dog several times where the grooming takes anywhere from 1.5 - 2 hours. The last time I took him it was going on 3.5 hours when I had to call to find out what was going on. I…

My Siberian husky went in super stinky and a whole coat needing to come off. She came back smelling amazing and looking like a whole new dog!! I’m absolutely mind blown at the miracle they pulled off in under 2 hours. So thankful for the hard work they put into making our girl look and feel her best. We will be…

The grooming staff at this location is absolutely outstanding. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and genuinely care about both the pets and their owners. Every interaction with the grooming team has been professional, and it’s obvious they take great pride in their work. They consistently go above and…

I believe it was Kayori who took care of both of my dogs, a Siberian Husky and a German Shepherd, so you can imagine the amount of work that went into their care! They did a full bath with a deshedding (much needed) and from what I understand, both dogs did great and felt comfortable in her hands! The price is…

Booo tomato tomato.. I really wanted to like Pet Evolution because at nearly $180 after tax for a small Shih Tzu groom, you’d assume you’re paying for a higher level of care and professionalism. Instead, I picked my dog up with a corneal abrasion covering roughly 35% of her eye. This was during a properly…

First time there, followed our trusted groomer there, nice people, good customer service, nice facility.

I had a blast cleaning my two dogs it was very clean

My groomer, Kris, was fantastic. She seemed far more knowledgeable about my Maltipoo than any of the other groomers I’ve visited over the last 10 months (including Pups-A-Daisy). Kris explained why it’s actually a bad idea to cut my dog’s hair too short—something no other groomer had bothered to mention. I really…

I brought my dog in for grooming today, and I have to say that Jacob did an absolutely fantastic job. My dog looks amazing! She’s not the easiest to groom because she can get a bit aggressive when someone touches her paws, and she’s a husky but Jacob handled her with so much patience and skill. I’m truly impressed…

Unfortunately my dog had a horrible grooming experience and Pet Evolution did not take responsibility. First they shaved him so close on his rear that he got razor burn per the vet. I reported it immediately after. A few days later we took him back to the vet because he had a large scab developed. After the vet…

We have been bringing our 70-pound golden doodle to see Jacob the groomer for about 2 years now, and we could not be happier every time we go to pick up our boy. We dealt with the PetSmart inconsistencies for years before seeing Jacob regularly for the various services offered. Jacob always goes out of his way for…

We've been going to Pet Evolution since they opened and have a monthly membership with them. The good: convenient location, awesome self-grooming stations, very LGBTQIA+ friendly. The bad: not a huge selection of toys and treats, and the staff is...I want to say mismanaged? Typically understaffed and the staff…

My pup, Joy, had an excellent first visit with Sarah Anne at Pet Evolution. She listened as I described the cut details I wanted, and she delivered just as expected. I will definitely schedule with her again.

Her ear cleaning was not done and missed. The teeth cleaning though the groomer mentioned it was done I don’t see it done. I see the yellow stains on her teeth. The trimming on her hands are also not done. This has happened 2nd time and for such an expensive service, atleast I expect the store to be honest and let…

WARNING! PREVIOUS REVIEWS DON’T ALWAYS INDICATE PRESENT DAY. BUSINESSES REGULARLY SACRIFICE THEIR MORALS FOR MONEY! This place is SIGNIFICANTLY overpriced. I asked for a “Full Groom” which one would assume means I am getting a “Full Groom” but when I am asked how I would like the dog’s hair to be done, it is not…

Always a great experience!

My dog is not the best when it comes to getting groomed so the fact they were able to handle him and still make him look so clean was great! I would recommend them 100% and re book, hopefully next time I can get my dog to be a little calmer but over all I’m 100% satisfied with how they handled him and how his…

I appreciated pet evolution being able to schedule me in for a last minute grooming appointment. Groomer was awesome and took very good care of my dog. Very pleased with how the haircut turned out, I appreciated her taking the extra time to make sure things were good. I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again.
