Great 1st time experience using a mobile dog service! I have a large breed senior dog. Pet Evolution was so gentle and patient with her even allowing her breaks to move a bit during her nail trim and file. On time and easy to communicate with. Already scheduled our next appointment with them!
The grooming staff at this location is absolutely outstanding. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and genuinely care about both the pets and their owners. Every interaction with the grooming team has been professional, and it’s obvious they take great pride in their work. They consistently go above and…
The technician was great with Rosy and did a wonderful job. The front desk staff was also very attentive and kind.
Booo tomato tomato.. I really wanted to like Pet Evolution because at nearly $180 after tax for a small Shih Tzu groom, you’d assume you’re paying for a higher level of care and professionalism. Instead, I picked my dog up with a corneal abrasion covering roughly 35% of her eye. This was during a properly…
Fantastic staff, easy process, makes my life easier. Thank you!
Our groomer was punctual, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable with my dogs. She was OuTsTaNdInG, thank you!
First time using the nail van at my house. My little dog hates car rides, other people, and getting his nails done so although they have always done awesome at Pet Evolution Mill Creek, it was time to try something new. Kayori did great with my little scared dog. She was quiet but confident. He still shook through…
Our black lab Roy loves Pet Evolution! We joined 2 baths/month and it’s amazing! He loves it, staff is so friendly too! Added a nail trim/grind this time and they did an excellent job! ❤️🐾😁👏
Always a great experience!
I took my nervous dog in for a nail trim and Sarah was amazing. My dog is always hesitant to go back with them, but she got Lucy back by encouraging her in an excited tone and was so sweet to her. Her nail trim was quick and easy, and Sarah even got my dog to accept the file on her back paws, which she usually…
Love the grooming service and merchandise. I always come here for nail trims!
I’ve had two appointments for mobile nail trims so far, and they have been fantastic! Embarrassingly, I can’t remember the name of the woman who has been working with Finnley, but she’s absolutely amazing. It’s apparent that she cares a lot about what she does, and she has EXTREME amounts of patience with my…
My dog was a very difficult client and our Pet Evolution professional was so patient and kind, taking things much less traumatic for my dog.
The Pet Evolution mobile van has been to my house 4 times now to trim and file my dog's nails and I am extremely pleased with the service, especially from owner Tom and trim-artist Kayori. My dog, Jackson, is a 100# lab and does not like his nails trimmed at all! They have accommodated us in several ways to make the…
