Pet Evolution - Mill Creek, WA - Grooming | Self-Wash | Healthy Food | Mobile Nail Trim

Great place to give your dog a bath! Friendly staff and easy to do. I washed my dog myself and clean towels, shampoo, and the blow dryer are all included with the wash and are easy to use. They have aprons available if you wish to wear one to stay dry. I will continue to take my dog here for baths!

The grooming staff at this location is absolutely outstanding. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and genuinely care about both the pets and their owners. Every interaction with the grooming team has been professional, and it’s obvious they take great pride in their work. They consistently go above and…

They do a great job here. We been coming here for about a year for dog washes and nail trims. All the staff we have worked with are very friendly. It shows they care about their jobs. We will continue coming as long as prices don’t go up anymore. Our wash has gone up in prices so we’re down to just doing nail trims…

Great place to take you fur babies to spend time together and get them all clean! Everyone there is so very pleasant and they will assist you any way they can!!! Also the cost is very reasonable too!!! They have everything you need there for all your fur babies!!

I live out in monroe and this was totally worth the drive. My dog was super happy after his bath.

Booo tomato tomato.. I really wanted to like Pet Evolution because at nearly $180 after tax for a small Shih Tzu groom, you’d assume you’re paying for a higher level of care and professionalism. Instead, I picked my dog up with a corneal abrasion covering roughly 35% of her eye. This was during a properly…

Brought my angry shepsky here for a shed treatmemt. They have lots of resources and protocols for difficult dogs. I was so nervous he would be turned away but they were so great with him! They didn't push him to far but still did an amazing job. (For photo reference he does not let ANYONE pet him but the groomer…

First time there, followed our trusted groomer there, nice people, good customer service, nice facility.

I had a blast cleaning my two dogs it was very clean

This is a nice place to self wash your dog. The tubs were easy enough for my dog to get into, the water was nicely adjustable both for heat and the amount of spray. The air dryer made quick work of drying him. Nice to have clean towels available and the facilities very clean. It would be nice to have different types…

Fantastic staff, easy process, makes my life easier. Thank you!

Over all good experience. Floor is slippery around the bathing areas.

My groomer, Kris, was fantastic. She seemed far more knowledgeable about my Maltipoo than any of the other groomers I’ve visited over the last 10 months (including Pups-A-Daisy). Kris explained why it’s actually a bad idea to cut my dog’s hair too short—something no other groomer had bothered to mention. I really…

We used the self-wash room for dogs. Staff were nice, welcoming, and helpful. The room is equipped with elevated tiles tubs with controlled temperature shower heads and a non-skip mat. They have a special platform which can be added for short pets. They also had strong hair dryer which were very efficient. We…

Friendly professional staff. Odie looked great and was very happy when I picked him up.

I brought my dog in for grooming today, and I have to say that Jacob did an absolutely fantastic job. My dog looks amazing! She’s not the easiest to groom because she can get a bit aggressive when someone touches her paws, and she’s a husky but Jacob handled her with so much patience and skill. I’m truly impressed…

Unfortunately my dog had a horrible grooming experience and Pet Evolution did not take responsibility. First they shaved him so close on his rear that he got razor burn per the vet. I reported it immediately after. A few days later we took him back to the vet because he had a large scab developed. After the vet…

We have been bringing our 70-pound golden doodle to see Jacob the groomer for about 2 years now, and we could not be happier every time we go to pick up our boy. We dealt with the PetSmart inconsistencies for years before seeing Jacob regularly for the various services offered. Jacob always goes out of his way for…

Our black lab Roy loves Pet Evolution! We joined 2 baths/month and it’s amazing! He loves it, staff is so friendly too! Added a nail trim/grind this time and they did an excellent job! ❤️🐾😁👏

Extremely Concerning Grooming Practices and total Disregard from Management I had an alarming experience at Pet Evolution in Mill Creek involving both of my Samoyeds. My female Samoyed left her appointment with a noticeable laceration that later became infected. Despite this injury, I was still charged extra…

Our golden doodle Sherman was a trainwreck and Jacob made him look like a show dog. Thank you!

We are three weeks into a two month RV trip of the PNW, and our Lab was in desperate need of a bath. Found Pet Evolution conveniently located near the RV park, felt the price was reasonable since they provide the water and shampoo. Nice huge bathing tubs that were easy for my nine year old to navigate. Nit was a…
