I take my dog Malibu here to do their bath & brush and nail trimming services usually once a month. I am a repeat customer for a reason! Whitney usually takes care of Malibu, she is always very friendly and always remembers her by name which I appreciate! Malibu has a hard time with kenneling due to shelter trauma, and can be very hesitant of new people, but the staff is always super accommodating to her needs and she’s grown a lot more comfortable with them. Malibu always comes out super clean and shiny, and they are always done decently fast!! Pet supply plus also sends out a lot of coupons so I usually always get money off for her services which is so nice!! I definitely recommend grooming services here.

Horrible service at this league city location. PrePaid for 5 dog washes on their self serve dog wash.
Terrible. Blow dryer on the small dog area didn’t work
So I move to the medium dog area that barely worked. So finally I go over to the large dog area and it did work but had to lean way way over to use it.
On the wall switches they looked like someone was hanging on them and some looked as though they may fall off the wall where really scary to use, do to all the water and stuff
So when I finished. I asked to speak to the “ manager” and was told by a worker we are all managers. Well darn that’s a wild concept. How can you have ALL managers.??? Absolutely ridiculous!
“Manager” than told me “oh don’t worry you did not break it.” No joke! She then added “the breakers trip a lot we just reset them.” HA! now that’s REALLY scary. Why are all the breakers tripping tells me that something is really wrong with the electrical system Now add water with that and it could be a very serious problem.
This is the last time I walked into this league city pet supply plus .
Thanks but no thanks. Now I have 4 unused wash tokens that I wasted my money on.
