I’ve used several groomers in 2 different states and these guys are the best! I was worried because I loved my previous groomer. I did make an appointment with another groomer closer to my home, but I walked in and left immediately!

Very sweet ladies work at this location! They made sure to greet our puppy and help her feel comfortable. Opted for the self wash and was shown how to use the machines. The blow dryer was too intense, even on the lowest setting.
Facility was clean and stocked well. Give the PetBar a try and see what your puppy thinks! 🐾

Terrible grooming on my golden retriever. 3 knicks around his groin. Owners were useless, refused to apologize, and stated they have to pay their groomer and will not refund. They blamed us stating we seemed happy, despite us complaining and offered 20% off our next service. What a joke. Avoid this place. Read the other negative reviews. (Can’t wait to see their excuse and response to this post).
RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: AT NO point did you ask to see pictures of him when I immediately called. How dare you lie--Karma will serve you both. No sane individual would bring their dog back to your "groomer" for a correction. And what customer makes their dog roll over and examine the groom. I brought him to your business for a professional groom and received a butchered job. What makes you think I would allow you the privilege of correcting him after you butchered his coat? What kind of "customer service" is this?! His groom is clearly choppy, shaved in inappropriate areas, and you have the AUDACITY to blame your customer?! Despicable business owners.

We are genuinely sorry that you were unhappy with your groom. While we understand that grooming results can sometimes differ from a client's expectations, we'd like to provide some additional context.
At the time of pickup, no concerns were expressed and you left with your dog. When you contacted us, the only resolution requested was a full refund. Because we did not have access to any photographs of the areas of concern, nor the opportunity to see your dog in person, we were unable to evaluate exactly what you felt was unsatisfactory.
We offered multiple times to have you return so we could review the groom, discuss your concerns directly with the groomer, and make any necessary corrections at no additional charge. Unfortunately, those offers were declined, and you chose not to bring your dog back for evaluation.
Our Groomer has successfully groomed many dogs and has received positive feedback from numerous clients. That said, we recognize that no groomer is perfect, and it's possible this groom did not meet your expectations. We take that feedback seriously and would have welcomed the opportunity to assess the situation and make it right.
At Petbar, our priority is always the well-being of the dogs in our care and customer satisfaction. While we respect your opinion, we believe it is important for others to know that we made several good-faith attempts to inspect the concern and correct it, but were not given the opportunity to do so. We wish you and your pup all the best.

Petbar is super clean and doesn’t have that fake smell some vets and groomers have to cover up urine. It’s large enough to hold several animals, but not too large, and I didn’t hear other dogs barking and whining which would have scared my dog. Give them a try-you will be glad you did. Furthermore the price is spot on!

I have been to many pet places before, this by far, and I mean FAR, exceeded any expectations I had going in. Alo was the most welcoming, friendly, accommodating, helpful, informative person I've ever encountered. She had zero agenda other than to help me and my dog Scout have the best experience possible. She even shared a sweet story about her German Sheppard that would bring tears to any eye. How often can you say that has been the case with anyone you've ever met in customer service, anywhere? Maybe at the Ritz? I've not been there, but I can imagine. I wish I lived closer, I'd be a regular repeat client and get the yearly subscription. Other notables that I find important about the place: super clean, each wash station is set up with all the needs, various shampoos, conditioners, automatic hose sprayer settings, super grippy ramp to get in the tub, comfort wrap for Scouts head/ears for blow drying...the list goes on. I will be back as soon as I can. Thank You PetBar and Alo!

First, they took off her flea collar and then forgot to put it back on so I had to call them and drive back the next day.
Annoying, but not the end of the world.
However, the amount of mats left on my dog is what bothers me the most. At her old groomers, my lady would take her time to brush her out and she never had a mat or smelled. Here, she's covered in mats and smells like wet dog again the next day... I think our search for groomers still continues unfortunately:(
