PetSitter Portland + dog walking

I can't recommend these folks enough. They took excellent care of our 4 cats during an 11-day vacation. They are detail oriented and send thorough messages following every visit (with lots of photos!). We felt they went above and beyond with our naughty babes, clearly demonstrating their knowledge and passion for… Read full review

My cats enjoyed their time with PS PDX and even built a habit of bringing their toys to us after they got fed! The playful pictures of my cats put my mind at ease while i was away from them. Joe even answered the phone late when I had missed the alert that someone had visited. Definitely felt like my cats were in good hands while I was away.

Provided top-tier care for our cat while we were away for a week. They visited daily to feed her, clean out her food and water bowls, and make sure she got plenty of dedicated playtime. Beyond taking fantastic care of our cat, they went the extra mile by watering our houseplants and taking out the garbage bins.… Read full review

they provided so many photos of my kitties, somehow even tho they are shy! all the sitters commincated super clearly, especially with questions and concerns, as well as help with how to navigate my information. the peace of mind knowing my pets are cared for was absolutely worth it.

Petsitter Portland took such a great care of our two kitties while we were on a long trip! We were a little nervous to leave our senior cat with health problems at home but the sitters all did such a good job with the medication and cleaning up all the messes that come with a cat with ibd. They want above and beyond… Read full review

I used PetSitter Portland for the two years I lived in the city and they were amazing! Timely, good communication, always sent pics, and just overall nice people and very thorough. Prices were also very fair compared to other local groups and they even got my very shy cat to come out every once in a while to play with them. Cannot recommend them enough!

Nothing but great things to say about Joe and team. Love the detailed updates, and photos/videos bring such peace of mind. They even kept by hydrangeas alive in the heat. My cats are RELAXED when we get home. Customer service is incredible, from the free meet in great, to resolving a trash can mix up in real time.

Joe and the whole team at Petsitter Portland are fantastic. They are all huge animal lovers and so conscientious. They have been just wonderful with our 2 cats across many visits. And the app makes scheduling, payment, and visit reports so easy. I highly recommend them!

PetSitter Portland has been wonderful to work with. They have taken great care of our cat when we are away. We love the comprehensive journals we get after their visit with pictures and a summary to give us peace of mind. We also love the extra free add-ons of things like bringing the garbage up/down, watering… Read full review

I’m so happy with this service! I love how they kept me updated on their visit, even sending photos of their interaction with our cat. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely use this company again and again.

I just recently moved to Oregon and was nervous to leave my 2 cats at home while I went to visit family in another state for almost a week (from a Friday to the following Thursday). My cats are very shy so I wanted someone to come that would be patient with them while attending to their needs. I initially called… Read full review

Awesome group of people I appreciate all your help with taking care of my sweet kitty while I was gone. Love the pictures each day when they visited. Great job

So happy I decided to go with PetSitter Portland. The transparency and kindness are two things that really stand out. Each visit I get a personalized journal entry and loads of pictures. While I’m out on trips I have peace of mind that my cat (and my home) are in good hands. The app makes scheduling and updating… Read full review

tl;dr: don’t use this company. Unable to meet appointment expectations, fails to communicate, sends spam messages. I booked this service for two days with time windows lining up with my pet’s normal meal time. During the first day’s time window, I received a call asking me if the cat sitter could arrive eight hours… Read full review

A pet sitter we had used in the past was unavailable, so we went in search of finding a trustworthy pet sitter (not a small or easy task!) From the moment we contacted PetSitter Portland, it was clear we made the right choice. From the initial contacts, to the in person “meet and greet”, to the visits with our… Read full review

The team at PetSitter Portland is top-notch! Our dog ( who can take awhile warming up to people) loves her walks with Joseph. We know she (and our cats) are in good hands when we're away. Thanks PetSitter Portland!

PetSitter Portland has assembled an incredible team dedicated to providing exemplary pet care, and I'm so glad to have found them! We used their services recently while my husband and I were out of town. Our friend who normally watches our cat wasn't going to be available for half of the dates we needed coverage,… Read full review

This was my first time using a pet sitting service and it went great! Dan and Arnely were so great with my cat, Chloe. The daily reports and pictures really helped a lot to set my mind at ease knowing that Chloe was well cared for while I was away. I will most definitely be using PetSitter Portland whenever I go out of town!

Pet Sitter Portland was amazing for our last trip. It was a week long one and one of our dogs had never been left with anyone else. Every day we got positive updates with photos and specifics about how our 2 dogs and 1 cat were doing. The older dog required medication daily which was no problem. I highly recommend… Read full review

A handful of Petsitter Portland’s team members took care of our two cats while my family was out of town, and everyone was on time, communicative, reliable and trustworthy. I really cannot think of anything they could have done any better. I loved the app and how easy it was to see the updates and photos (so many… Read full review

Felt very comfortable and deeply appreciated their attention to our little Meep (cat). They came for the meet and greet and took time getting to know us (and of course, Meep). I could tell they really loved cats :) During the visit a few days later, they came and sent plenty of photos, so we felt very confident he… Read full review

Above and beyond! We have a cat who is used to having someone at home 24/7 and gets very anxious without company. He had two visit with two different folks and they were wonderful. They let us know when they were there, when they, spent tons of time playing with Francois, took a bunch of pictures, cleaned his litter… Read full review

Exceptional team, I felt absolutely confident during my time away that my pets were being cared for. Daily updates, checklists, pictures; i cannot recommend enough

My partner and I used Pet Sitter Portland recently while we were out of town and highly recommended them. The website and app make scheduling, viewing, and changing service incredibly easy. The color coded schedule interface is convenient for seeing when a service is scheduled, underway, or completed and each visit… Read full review

We left our two cats at home for the first time while out of town, so we didn’t know how they’d behave! Joe and his team (thanks Grace and Sara!) were thorough, reliable, and communicative. We were at ease during our trip knowing our kittens were in good hands. We even got a sweet thoughtful postcard of one of the photos of our cats in the mail

Dependable care, made my vacation worry free, at least as far as my pets were concerned.

All of the sitters that have come into my home have been so nice and respectful of my space. They seem to genuinely love animals and my two pets have been in good hands! I also really like the app for scheduling, paying, and communicating with the sitters.

I can't speak highly enough about PetSitter Portland! I had to leave for a trip right after moving to Portland, so I didn't have the community to care for my two cats nor the heart to board them after moving across the country. PetSitter Portland was my village when I needed one! They sent multiple pictures and left… Read full review
