Caring staff who LOVE animals and it shows. Felt comfortable leaving our 4 yr old Havanese for the weekend for boarding.
Thanks Pet Suites for your summer hours!! Happy wagging tails continue to describe Pet Suites better than words. PS staff are the best! They always show affection to each dog or cat regardless of how busy they may be. They even put shy pups like mine at ease. Whether my pups spend a few hours or a few days when I…
Absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone here has taken such good care of my baby like he was their own. Service is 10/10 everytime.
Amazing. My 2 dogs love it here!
We've been bringing our dog here for about 5 months and have loved it. Staff members quickly learned his name and recognize my husband and me. We enjoy the peace of mind that he can engage in safe play, socialization, and enrichment instead of sitting in his kennel while we're out all day. The live webcams let us…
Archie and Murphy absolutely love PetSuites Northshore! They are always excited to go, and we know they are in good hands while they are there. A special thank you to Eva, Alexa, Haley, Wesley, Hannah, Kate, Corrina and the entire team for always taking such great care of our corgis. We really appreciate how kind…
Love Pet Suites! All the staff spoil your pup like their own.
Excellent customer service!! I love my daycare membership and the staff is so great to work with! Thank you!! I recommend the Pet Suites Covignton location!!
Staff was friendly, facility was clean, and most importantly our sweet puppy was happy! We’ve already booked for our next trip.
I will not be returning. This was my dog's first boarding experience since losing his brother a year and a half ago. We chose PetSuites because of the advertised luxury suite with webcam access and full-day group play. I completed all pre-check forms before arrival, so I assumed everything was set. The first…
We had a lot of issues throughout our stay. I do know it is under new management. Had to call several days to get things right. But when I did speak with Larry the GM he made everything right and got all the issues worked out for us. My dog Ruger loves going and playing with all the other dogs.
PetSuites was very nice overall, but my dog came home with some of her food still remaining, which means she did not receive all of her scheduled meals during her stay. I called and spoke with the manager, who explained that when they are very busy, staff may not always check the feeding dates and so forth My puppy…
Boarded my 2 dogs and 2 kittens while away on vacation. My animals came home happy and healthy! I would highly recommend.
Absolutely the best place I've ever left my doggie. Excellent staff and facilities. She loved it! ❤️
The staff is always SO NICE.... the facilty is very clean and well maintained.... you can tell everyone that works there LOVES their jobs, and the PETS they care for.... our Grizzly & Gator LOVE them too 🐾 ❤️ 🐾
Account deleted. My first issue was a few months ago and I boarded my dog for a week. I added daily pawgress reports which didn’t get done. When I emailed questioning why I wasn’t getting them, I was argued with whether they were being done. I wasn’t and the charge was removed but it makes me wonder how much of…
We are very happy with the services we get at Petsuites for our 2 babies. We been there for more than 2 years and the staff is always friendly. Alexa and Hanna are amazing with my babies. I’m truly thankful for how they are treated. My dogs love going for play day. We have a membership and it saves us some $$. We…
Love Pet Suits! This is the third location that I have used and they are all the same, which I very much appreciate. I paid $260 for 6 nights and full doggy daycare services. My dog really likes this place. I pick up the same happy dog that I dropped off!
This is the best place to board and/or bring your fur babies for daycare. Odin is always so excited to come to PetSuites and see all of his friends. The staff is always so incredibly nice and caring. Highly highly recommend!!
I cannot say enough great things about PetSuites Northshore and especially the resort manager, Eva. She truly went above and beyond for my dog Donnie and his suite mate Tito who were boarding. When Donnie had a small amount of blood in his vomit, Eva notified me immediately and handled the situation with such…
