Got our first puppy cut today and OMG she looks so adorable!! 🥰 everyone is so nice and they have a puppy play day!!! Oh boy!
Thanks Pet Suites for your summer hours!! Happy wagging tails continue to describe Pet Suites better than words. PS staff are the best! They always show affection to each dog or cat regardless of how busy they may be. They even put shy pups like mine at ease. Whether my pups spend a few hours or a few days when I…
PetSuites is our puppy’s favorite place. She gets so excited when I tell her, “You’re going to school today!”. The best thing about PetSuites is their friendly and caring staff, shoutout to Alexa, Amanda, Hailey, Wesley! The daycare program is great for socialization in a safe environment, with dogs grouped by size…
The staff are AMAZING! They love on my Bubba and Marley like they are their own. I never worry about them while I’m away and they come home from group play totally satisfied. And the trainer worked with them both and I could definitely see a difference. The information she gave us after each session made it so easy…
Absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone here has taken such good care of my baby like he was their own. Service is 10/10 everytime.
Amazing. My 2 dogs love it here!
We've been bringing our dog here for about 5 months and have loved it. Staff members quickly learned his name and recognize my husband and me. We enjoy the peace of mind that he can engage in safe play, socialization, and enrichment instead of sitting in his kennel while we're out all day. The live webcams let us…
Can’t explain how great the staff is here! They’re always so helpful and friendly. My pup loves his daycare days!
Archie and Murphy absolutely love PetSuites Northshore! They are always excited to go, and we know they are in good hands while they are there. I love bringing my Lhasa Apso girl to day camp here at PetSuites Northshore! She gets to socialize with other small dogs and plays hard all day long! The staff are amazing and so attentive to my concerns if I have any! Big shoutout to Hayley, Amanda, Layton, Alexa and Wesley!!!
EVA ,AMANDA,EMMA, ALEXA, THE PERFECT PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR PET WITH OUT ANY FEAR.
I am so pleased with the grooming at Petsuites - Northshore/Covington and have been every time! My dogs look great, Hannah was quick to get us an appointment and easy to communicate with. I have an older, squirmy dog but is always handled with gentle care and patience. Highly recommend! Hannah is the best!
Bear has been treated like family from day 1 of coming to Pet Suites. It was hard to drop off my little puppy but he was in such great hands and now Hailey, Alexa and Layken(probably spelled wrong) are some of his favorite people. My boy loves going to school. He is turning 1 year old and people think he is so well socialized. Thank you Pet Suites!!!
I am pleased with how my pet appears after grooming. However, my pet may be traumatized. He is laying around, not his usual self. I’m going to give it more time to adjust.
Hannah groomed my standard poodle and he looked amazing. She is so sweet and soft spoken. All the employees I met were very nice and efficient. My Leo has found his new grooming home!!!
We love bringing our dog kiddos here. The staff really treats them like their own and they remember the pups names and our names. They are always very accommodating if for any reason we forget to reserve the night before. Ellie and Blue love hanging out here and look forward to coming to play. We have recommended…
First time using Pet Suites because a friend had referred me with complete satisfaction in Hannah . Her dog looked great so I thought id give them a try. Im picky. The groomer Hannah was fantastic. She was kind and took good care of my Shih Tzu. She took pics of him in process, and when he was finished. She has…
We are very happy with the services we get at Petsuites for our 2 babies. We been there for more than 2 years and the staff is always friendly. Alexa and Hanna are amazing with my babies. I’m truly thankful for how they are treated. My dogs love going for play day. We have a membership and it saves us some $$. We…
This place is great. Best dog groomer I've had. Prices are big time reasonable. The girls at the front desk go out of their way to make sure my every crazy request is attended. Thanks Guys!
This is the best place to board and/or bring your fur babies for daycare. Odin is always so excited to come to PetSuites and see all of his friends. The staff is always so incredibly nice and caring. Highly highly recommend!!
I have a sherrani! He was matted bad. When i took him in, I asked that he not be cut short. I met Maddie and she said she could get them out! I was surprised. She gave Mikey the Most Beautiful Cut! Took her 4 hrs, He was Long and matted. When I picked Him Up, I was Amazed. She gave him a Teddy Bear cut! He is…
My buddy says it's great, but I went to go pick up his dog for him and I went in there, asked for the dog and they gave him to me just that easy. It's a bit concerning considering anyone that knows your dogs name can just go pick them up
My dog Jax LOVES it here. We ended up getting a membership and coming multiple times per a week. The staff members are super friendly and easy to work with. Also, I can drop my dog to play and he can get a bath at end of day … super convenient.
