UPDATE: Changing my initial 4-star review to 1 star after experiencing shocking customer service and zero empathy. While the physical roof installation was fine, the entire process was frustrating from the start. As a first-time homeowner, the communication between signing and installation was confusing. Instead of…
My experience with Phoenix Roofing and Repair has been phenomenal, easily the best and most convenient experience. Both Jay and Lou have been incredibly helpful navigating and communicating with my Homeowners’ insurance, as well as keeping me informed of everything. The crew was very efficient and professional.
Needed an inspection after a storm due to a leaky roof and Sean came out to inspect the damage, he quoted me what I thought was a fair price and I agreed so they came out and made the repairs and have had no leaks after storms. Would definitely use them again, thank you Sean for being curtious and down to earth.
I have my roofing torn off from the storm. Shawn came out and did an inspection on my roof. He was very knowledgeable and made the process very simple and smooth. I highly recommended Shawn from Phoenix Roofing and Repair.
DJ with Phoenix Roofing & Repair was great!! He went above and beyond, and taking the extra time to find the leak we were chasing - even though 2 other roofers could not find it. I would recommend Phx Roofing & Repair anytime. Dan M - Property Manager in Desert Mtn.
Highly recommend Phoenix Roofing and Repair especially Louis as the job supervisor!! We had some questions about roof ventilation and…
Our roof took a beating with the microburst that hit Tempe in October. Our whole experience with Phx Roofing was amazing fr m our first contact. Lou was our P.O.C. and we couldn't be happier. Lou and team took care of everything from start to finish including dealing with our insurance. Their team was in…

Phoenix roofing was awesome, they were completely honest and open with every aspect of getting a new roof, and working with my insurance made it super easy and affordable. Marco, Lou, and Cody were excellent to work with and made it comfortable doing a large project, and the work was fast , clean and looks amazing.
Overall Phoenix roofing did a professional job. Our roof was done in one day and they came back the next day to take care of a couple small issues.
Work was done in a quick and efficient manner and the owner was available for conversation if needed.
Great company easy to work with, roof was completed in 1 day.
Charlie the supervisor, Lou, Jay & Alisha were so awesome overseeing the job and crew. Everyone on the job was superior. At least 2 neighbors are asking about my experience already. Thank you so much to all!!!

Phoenix Roofing was very thorough and quick at the installation of my new roof. Isaac was very helpful at explaining what work needed to be done. He worked with me on a couple issues I had and resolved them to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone!
I had a great experience working with Phoenix Roofing & Repair for my roof replacement in two of my properties. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and delivered high-quality work. They were especially strong in handling the insurance process, which can be very stressful.
