Phoenix Roofing and Repair was a great team to work with. They have been very responsive and helpful, and they did a nice job on the roof replacement. I highly recommend them!
I had the pleasure to work with Matt Turner, Karsten and crew supervisor, Zane. They are all amazing!! They installed a new roof and I love it. They were so easy to get along with and understanding. Great customer service also! If you need a new roof I highly recommend Phoenix Roof and Repair 5 Star Service 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
This is a great company, they kept me informed about every stage of my roof installation. Very friendly and professional! Andrew Roller was wonderful, and they went the extra mile to give me the best possible price. Can't recommend them enough!
UPDATE: Changing my initial 4-star review to 1 star after experiencing shocking customer service and zero empathy. While the physical roof installation was fine, the entire process was frustrating from the start. As a first-time homeowner, the communication between signing and installation was confusing. Instead of…
I just had my roof replaced today 2-24-26 by Brian and the Demasso crew. They were all very professional and so polite. When they were done, you could not tell any work had taken place on my house. I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing and repair. I can't forget my salesman Marco who was wonderful during the planning…
Phoenix Roofing did an outstanding job on our new roof. Marco B. kept us informed of all upcoming situations. He worked very hard for us to get a new roof. Phoenix Roofing is a great company
The team did an excellent job and I was very impressed. Really did a good job of cleanup also. Insurance was involved as there was damage from a storm.
Excellent job! Great team. Very pleased with the results.
The workmanship of the roof seems fine (although the flashing they put in is hideous) but I wasn't a huge fan of their lack of communication. Their billing office did a great a job of communicating with my insurance and myself but their sales/crew teams did not really seem to care to interact with customers at…
The sales rep Shane was amazing he stuck with us through the whole process. The roofing crew was great they got right to work when they arrived and cleaned everything up beautifully you couldn’t even tell they were here. We highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.
Organized and efficient. Replaced my roof in 1 day and handled all of the insurance issues.
I couldn't say enough about how professional and effective Dylan B. and his team were with getting my roof replaced. They worked side by side with the insurance company to ensure my roof was replaced fully and in a timely manner. The finished project looks AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend Dylan and his team to anybody looking to have their roof replaced.
Phoenix Roofing was very professional and efficient. they very attentive to our requests and performed admirably. it was really a great experience having them replace my roof. the roof was done in one day.
The Phoenix Roofing and Repair crews from start to finish was just awesome!!!!!
They were great to work with through the whole process. Very flexible.
Great company to work with. Took a little longer than anticipated due to Insurance Co taking their time, but Phoenix Roofing (Dylan) kept us informed all the way to the end. From day one, asking if they could do a free inspection, to the completion of our new roof, absolutely no complaints what so ever. Recommend…
I have no hesitations about giving this company 5 stars. They were incredible to work with and helped me go back and forth with my insurance company as well. Them serving as an advocate and working with the insurance made the process so much easier from start to finish. Thanks!

We used Phoenix Roofing and Repair to replace the underlayment of our 32 year old tile roof, replace dozens of broken tiles, and replace the large flat patio roof. The work was done in 3 days and the company was quick to respond to any problems or issues. Their estimate to do the repairs was thousands less than two…
Excellent customer service and roof installation job well done. I would highly recommend Phoenix Roofing and Repair.
we were over promised and under delivered. We had appointment set to start at 6-7 am crews did not show up until 9-10am. the tarps that were suppose to catch nails and debris were full of holes. an therefore left debris on my property for us to clean up. Also Satellite dish was removed and to be reattached after…

Our new roof looks fantastic! The team was skilled, thorough, and did a wonderful job. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Definitely recommend this company.
My roof and one of my skylights was damaged by hail. Phoenix Roofing was called because my neighbor had been impressed by the roof renewal Phoenix Roofing had recently completed on his home. The salesman came to my home after I called for an examination and an estimate. The job was to be covered by insurance and the…
Robbie and DJ helped with my mom's house and were great! They worked through the entire process, communicating and keeping her informed through two projects. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Roofing and their excellent team!

I’ve heard a lot of bad about roofing companies and was super nervous. Sean communicated every step of the way with me and was able to keep his promises. He had said that they would be done in one day and to my surprise they were. I’m so grateful I chose Phoenix Roofing and Repair. Thank you for working so hard.

Living in Sierra Vista I was skeptical of an out of town Roofing company. After much research I reached out to Phoenix Roofing and Repair and couldn't be happier. I am out of state, and being in construction myself, I was apprehensive when I found out my elderly parents roof was damaged and needed replaced. I was super worried about them being overcharged for some hack job. Much to my suprise, upon speaking with my mother, and being kept up to date throughout the process, I…
