This is the second time I used Piece by Piece and again, I had a great experience with them! The guys were so kind and shockingly efficient, completing a pretty big move (including an hour drive to my new house) in under 7 hours. My belongings arrived unbroken and in great shape. I highly recommend!!

Ours was a challenging move. It required to Separate move dates and four locations. Today Heder, Jack, Antonio started at the most challenging site and made great decisions and completed the task. It required additional hours and change of plans.

Best movers ever! Three gentlemen who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, enabled my wife and I to relocate after 60 years in the same house. They were respectful, eager to help, and extremely efficient. We are very grateful for theiir service. Thanks.

Juan and crew were amazing. After my explanation to him about all the things that needed to happen, he said, “You don’t have to worry about this anymore, we got it.” And they did. Moving from Newton was a BREEZE. I’d give six or seven stars, not just five.

They took every caution to protect our belongings and protect the walls, etc from bumps and scrapes. The showed up on time, communicated openly about every detail, and were great to work with. It is so nice to be in our new home and only have to focus on settling in. So happy with them!
Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. When our interstate move was delivered, roughly half of our belongings were missing. Even more frustrating, we had to repeatedly push the company to take the situation seriously and actually look for them. A large portion of the missing shipment was eventually located, but only after a great deal of stress and persistence on our part. We are now more than a month past our move and still have belongings that have never been located or delivered. The shipment was also 15 days late, and when our belongings finally arrived, many of the boxes were crushed, torn, or badly deformed—including boxes marked fragile. We have since discovered numerous damaged items, including furniture, appliances, and a solid-wood dining set with missing components. Moving across the country is stressful enough without wondering where half of your possessions are or having to fight with the moving company just to get someone to look for them. Between the missing belongings, the difficulty getting the company to act, the lengthy delay, and the amount of damage, this was far below what we expected from a professional moving company. We are now going through the claims process and carefully documenting the damage and items that remain missing. I will update this review based on how the company responds and whether it takes responsibility for what happened.
The team was so efficient and went above and beyond with how quickly they packed everything up and unpacked upon our destination with almost no damage to any of our belongings!

They then brought all furniture in and assembled quickly and easily and courteous to other people in the senior living center. HIGHLY recommend!
