Our inspection with Ted was seamless and very easy to understand. He was able to explain everything and answer all of our questions in great detail. We also loved that we received a hard copy of our inspection with pictures and descriptions in a neat little binder that we will be able to save for future use- such a great touch!

I've been using P2P exclusively with my real estate clients for several years. They're always available on short notice and have by far the best value. I've liked several other inspectors, but I *love* these guys.

Super professional and friendly service. I got a very nice binder with a detailed report with pictures right away after the inspector finished the inspection. And that night you get a nice pdf. I've had other inpection experiences when I had to wait a couple of days to get the report and just in pdf. This is great…
