Toren did thorough inspection for condo. He seems very experienced and professional. He explained trouble spots on site, and recommendation for how to address issues. He is very easy to talk and honest about the inspection limits..

I've been using P2P exclusively with my real estate clients for several years. They're always available on short notice and have by far the best value. I've liked several other inspectors, but I *love* these guys.
