I’ve been working with them for a few years now and they’ve always been great—kind, helpful, professional, and very communicative. They have an amazing response time with any questions I have and really take the time to make sure I understand everything. They’re excellent at what they do. Highly recommend!

Working with this CPA team has been an absolute game changer for me as a real estate investor. As someone who’s still growing and scaling, I had a ton of questions—honestly probably more than most clients—and Jake never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. He took the time to break everything down in a way that actually made sense, from tax strategy to how everything ties into my real estate business. What really stood out was how patient and thorough he was. Instead of just giving quick answers, Jake made sure I understood the “why” behind everything. That gave me a lot more confidence moving forward, especially making bigger financial decisions. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about helping you understand and grow. We've been with Pinnacle Accounting for several years and they are the best accounting firm! Jake always answers all my questions very quickly. He can handle a lot of my business paperwork, that I'm not sure how to file. He handles our personal taxes and our business taxes. He also used to handle our QuickBooks for our last business.
