Michael of Pin Point pest control is very nice, took time to explain the process, cleared cob webs from exterior of house, and sprayed exterior for ants and spiders. Within 12 hours, no signs of any ants in the house! I have used Pin Point in previous years. Very satisfied. Will use again if needed.

Great service overall and Michael in particular was fantastic. He came out four different times to help with ants caused by heavy rain and other flare-ups. Our Tech, Houston, was very friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and before leaving, left us with ant traps that can be used for any ants that escape and get inside the house. We're very pleased with Pinpoint Pest Control.

I have pets and toddler, and had ants and spiders too! I wanted a safe type of treatment and reliable way to make sure the little ones didn't' bite the bigger little ones and Pin Point does that! They are reliable, courteous and effective!

James is my favourite service technician. He always does a great job and has respect for my yards and deck. Most importantly he waits until I answer the front door before he starts the pest control service, so I can keep my pups inside while he’s spraying .
