Knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
Frank did a very thorough job of inspecting my home inside and out. He explained what needed to be done in layman terms and answered all my concerns. He was very professional.
Eric is the best! He came for a termite inspection. This is my second time to use Pinpoint Pest Control. They're the best! This was an inspection but the first time was about a rat that was in my garage.
We hired Pinpoint for rodent extermination and the technician was very good and resolved the problem. The service was costly (over $2k) but we are happy that all holes are sealed and rodents are no longer in the walls of our home. However; we are not sure about this company's ability to control backyard pests and…

We’ve regularly had both of our properties serviced by Pinpoint Pest Control, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent results. They are an A+ pest control service provider in North County — reliable, professional, and thorough every time. I recommend PinPoint Pest Control without reservation.
Michael was great. Very professional and helpful answering my questions for our gopher issue. They also email clear summaries and who visited your house (name and picture). Prices were fair, wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future!
Frank is awesome! Very knowledgeable!. Highly recommend! Thanks
Awesome all the way around! Friendly, prompt, professional and very knowledgeable
I have used Pinpoint Pest Control twice over the last year or so, for different issues. Frank has listened to my concerns and treated me with respect. He wasn't able to identify any pest issues either time, but still taught me alot about what to look for.
