This is the first time I have spoken to one of your technicians. He was very helpful and gave me information about what they were doing to the lawn. Much appreciated.
Sam came out to follow up on the chinch bug problem we’ve been dealing with since July. He was knowledgeable, professional and genuinely determined to find a solution. He gave us the impression that he takes our concerns seriously and is committed to getting the problem resolved. We appreciate his dedication and his determination not to let us down!
Issues I have is communication with the company. I’m seeing more weeds in my backyard than when I started with them.
He did an excellent job
He was on time and did a great.job. He always does an excellent job.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. My lawn has an obvious bug problem, yet instead of investigating it, they repeatedly blame my lawn mowing service. It's easier for them to point fingers than to take responsibility or even consider that their treatment may not be working. What has been most…

Robert visited our house recently to complete our lawn care service. Normally our technicians from other companies come out and simply say they sprayed and they will see me in a few months. It’s impossible to provide a valid review of a lawn treatment minutes after it’s been done, specifically if the homeowner is not even home when it’s done. In today’s case, I was home and the technician rang my doorbell. He introduced himself and spoke with me professionally. However, it is still impossible to rate…
