Probably biggest rip off yard company. Shouldn't have to keep calling when yard is not improving. Then when you cancel they charge you weeks after the fact and tell you pretty much oh well. You can find better yard companies at half the cost.
7/8/26…Received our bimonthly charge from Dave’s not Pioneer. Protested as we thought we had been scammed only to learn that Dave’s is buying Pioneer. We received no notice from Pioneer. of this. To make things worse, our service man neglected to call us before he arrived so he could not access our back…

Preston consistently goes above and beyond an always addresses any concerns I have. I’ve recommended them to all the neighbors as well. Currently on the path to restoring our backyard so we can get Pioneer to do treatment there as well. The results we have seen in the front yard are amazing.

Not happy with the results of services AT ALL. Have had problems since June and my yard looks horrible. Very upset. Will be canceling ALL of my services if there is not a solution. I changed my irrigation, I have done everything asked. Have been waiting for a supervisor to contact e for months now.
Austin is always easy to work with. I always know what service to expect and Austin does not disappoint.
