Arrived on time, very polite and professional and my carpets look and smell amazing!
This is the first time we’ve had our carpet cleaned since moving in 4 years ago. We have 2 dogs and the carpet had become stained over the years. Pioneer was able to get all of the stains out for a very reasonable price. Our carpet looks like it did the day we moved in!
This was our first time with Pioneer Professional Carpet Care. Setting up the appointment was easy. Their communication from start to finish was excellent. Joshua and David were a little early for the appointment which was nice. They explained everything clearly regarding the carpet cleaning process and post…

Pioneer did an amazing job not only on our carpets, but also our rugs and upholstery! Our house smells fantastic! Over the years we have had many different carpet cleaner services and I can genuinely and confidently say that we will definitely use Pioneer again! They even got out some really tough stains in our lower level where our teenagers hang out! Very professional and wonderful to work with.
Thank you Brenda for the kind review. So glad we gave you such a great experience.
While it is only my husband and I living in our home, no pets or children, we knew we needed a cleaning of our carpets after living in our home 10 years. We were “blown away” by how much better our carpets looked after Pioneer Cleaning finished the job. Thank you, Bryan and David, for making our house look new again!
Thank you, Alice, we appreciate you leaving such a kind review. It means a lot.
