The two men that came were very pleasant and worked very hard. Every piece of furniture they did came out wonderful. I would for sure recommend them.
From start to finish all was professional and efficient. Brandon was able to accommodate our needs in a timely manner and scheduled a follow up appointment incase our situation warranted a second trip. Upon arrival he set up quickly and got right to work on the carpet cleaning. He had to move furniture around and…
Used them for pee spots on our couch from the dog. Did a great job, can’t smell it anymore! Reasonable pricing and professional
I’ve been going to Pioneer for many many years! They are the best carpet cleaning service in the Fox Valley.
We have been using Pioneer carpet cleaners for years. They are always very polite, on time and do exceptional cleaning. Would never use anyone else but Pioneer Carpet Cleaners.
Bryan arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning three rooms of carpeting for us as well as cleaning two upholstered chairs. He was very careful to lay drop clothes on our tiled and hardwood floors prior to cleaning the carpeting. He was very professional and we will use Pioneer again in the future.
First time using this company. Will definitely use them again.
My 13 year old laminate floor looks almost brand new now that it has been cleaned by Pioneer Professionals. Very happy with the results.
This company is great to work with. Great communication starting from initially setting up the appointment to understanding my needs and reviewing the job when it was done. Their method of cleaning is efficient. When done my carpet was not as wet as past experiences have been and they look great! Would very much recommend them!
The cleaners, Bryan and Joshua, arrived on time and asked to go over all the items we had requested to be cleaned. They cleaned everything that was expected and answered any and all questions we had in a friendly and professional manner. We were pleased with the way all the carpets and furniture looked after they…
We had Pioneer Professional Carpet Care at our Hortonville home in November to clean carpeting, upholstery, and some area rugs. They were prompt for their appointment and did an outstanding job in all areas, even getting stains out of the carpeting in the living room that our previous carpet cleaner was unable to…
I have only had my carpets cleaned by at home cleaners and have never had my furniture cleaned professionally either. Brandon was friendly, professional and did a wonderful job cleaning everything I asked. The armchairs look like new again and the older carpeting looks so much better. I will not go back to doing it myself again. Thanks Pioneer!
