Took my car here for some repairs owed to me by a dealership. We had some administrative struggles with the dealer, but Piperformance was great and helpful the entire way.
We had a scratch/dent repaired on our camper van. Piperformance did a beautiful job. The paint color and finish are perfect. And, even better, they did it in three days as promised for the amount they quoted.

They helped me through the entire process quickly and smoothly, from getting the estimate to booking the service to helping with the rental car. They went above and beyond! The workmanship was impeccable, and my car looks just as good as the day I drove it off the lot.

Someone hit me on the black of 2025 Toyota Rav4 and Motorized lift gate got out of alignment so the lift gate would not close, the whole lift gate got shifted to the left. Geico insurance allowed me to choose my mechanic. I called Toyota dealer and they gave me 3 of their vendors names so I chose Piperformance. Geico gave them 29 days to replace the lift gate and paint it, so they called me on the 29’th day, they said car is ready to pickup, I went there and checked it they just adjusted the lock still the whole lift gate shifted to the left witch means big gap on the right of lift gate and quarter panel, almost no gap on the left side so I tolled them no, it needs to be 100%, and then they decided to replace hinges, it took more than e week to replace the hinges but this time was better but still nott properly aligned, so since the lift gate was closing almost perfectly I decided to take the car home. Two starts paint job was nice and good, front lady and the manager were nice. My recommendation: For paint job I recommend this shop, for big body work job I would not recommend it at all. Most of the parts were aftermarket and they stated OEM.

Gieco, your insurance company chooses the type of parts that they will pay for to repair your vehicle. The choice is not at the discretion of the shop. Second, your vehicle was hit in the rear prior to this repair. We had to redo the prior repair (from a different shop) in order for your tailgate to align properly. It's great to hear that you were satisfied with the paint job and the service from the staff, but I completely acknowledge your concerns about the body work. Your feedback is valuable, and I encourage you to reach out if you need further assistance or have more to discuss.

I recently brought in my car to have my bumper repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jamie was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The customer service was top notch from the moment I walked in the door. The repair was completed much quicker than I expected, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. On top of the excellent repair, they even returned my vehicle freshly washed and vacuumed, which really showed the extra care and attention they put into their work. It’s hard to find a shop that combines honesty, quality workmanship, efficiency, and great customer service all in one place, but this shop definitely does.
