Excellent communication thru the repair process. They dealt directly with the insurance company. The repairs look great!
Very pleased with quality of work and service. Communication during my repair was excellent. Have been using Piperformance for over 10 years and new owners have improved the experience.
Highly recommend! The staff here are friendly, professional, and thorough. They helped me through the entire process quickly and smoothly, from getting the estimate to booking the service to helping with the rental car. They went above and beyond! The workmanship was impeccable, and my car looks just as good as the day I drove it off the lot.
I had a great experience with this shop after my vehicle was damaged in a deer accident. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. They made the entire insurance process much less stressful and managed to answer any questions I had. My car was returned clean and the…
I’d like to start by saying the customer service here is truly excellent. The team was consistently kind, professional, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated their willingness to address my concerns and the effort they put into making things right, including providing a…
Piperformance provided a great experience! They preordered parts, which minimized the time without my vehicle. They were prompt and finished repairing the car early. I would highly recommend them for your car's body work.
Great repair and paint on our CR-V! We brought our nearly-new Honda to Piperformance after the side of our SUV was dented, creased, and scraped by a metal construction barrier during a windstorm. Everyone at Piperformance was very friendly and great to work with. We were kept informed of the progress frequently, and…
Best experience hands down. My motorcycle was damaged while being repaired at another shop. I’m very particular and knew i wouldn’t be happy with anything less than perfect. Jaime went above and beyond making sure that it was. The work was excellent and the customer service was like no other. I could not be happier with my experience!
Had the roof and hood of my older car painted. The work was excellent, and they kept me informed on their progress.
They replaced my front bumper. The paint job was top notch. Looks like a brand new car.
Piperperformance is absolutely amazing! Their work, their communication, and their customer service are second to none. I had a freak accident when a commercial mower slingshotted a huge rock into my Acura MDX, shattering the passenger-side window and badly damaging the door frame. I was pretty discouraged, but the…
This place does incredibly good car repair. I’ve been taking my cars to Piperformance for over 25 years. It seems that the older I get, the more I visit them! And that’s OK, because I know I will always get my car back looking like new.
To the team at Piperformance Inc Auto Body shop, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent repairs you performed on my Mercedes S560. I am truly impressed with the level of professionalism and craftsmanship displayed throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in,…
Excellent service with honest communication. The owner is an exceptionally ethical.
One of the few businesses I can recommend with zero reservation. Top notch work.
Lynnwood is the man. Great service. VERY satisfied each and every visit....👍
Great on time quality work!
I am so happy I chose Piperformance to work on my car. The entire front bumper was damaged and needed to be replaced. They did a fenomenal job and they work directly with the insurance company. I just had to pick up my car when it was ready.
I cannot recommend Piperformance strongly enough. My 2002 Black Garnet Pearl Lexus ES300 was rear-ended by a old Ford pick-up truck. It was a 'cream puff,' with only 80k miles. Insurance company declared it totaled. I settled and then took the car to Linwood at Piperformance. His estimate was reasonable. He…
This shop is knowledgeable, honest, courteous and they do outstanding work. I brought my (baby) 1999 f350 in for some body work, electrical and detailing and Linwood and his crew went well above and beyond my expectations. Fair priced, easy to work with and very professional in the way they handled my vehicle. You…
