Pirates & Parrots Car Wash

The friendly staff made my first visit enjoyable. Although I had my daughter in the back, I couldn’t use all the self-cleaning tools, but the exceptional service convinced me to return.

Staff was Very helpful, Entire place is very clean with all supplies you need to detail your own car at “ No” extra charge. Free air for your tires if needed. I highly recommend Pirates & Parrots Car Wash. Prices are very reasonable. They have monthly memberships as well.

Definitely the #1 car wash! They have everything you need, from car detailing sprays to tire shine and wax. Plus free air for your tires. The membership is absolutely worth it. The staff is always helpful, and my car leaves looking spotless every time!

Joined not long after opening and have watched them guyz grow...Outstanding Customer Service 1st and foremost...then it's the car wash and amenities that right thr is worth the monthly service....I really can go on but u gotta try 4urself..LMK...matter fact let them know u Appreciate them

Popped in just to use the vacuums, offered to pay for the actual wash and the owner told me no, that I was free to use them just make sure to come see him when we’re back in PA. The vacuum side had EVERYTHING, different types of sprays and different attachments to scrub the carpets. If you’re ever in need to DIY detailing on the fly, def use this place!

Exceptional customer service!! My vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and shining! I love how they have everything you need to clean your exterior and interior, from tire shine, floors and mats with CLEAN towels. A membership is well worth it and I will highly recommend. Thanks guys! 😄

Owner was very kind respectful and professional help and assist all customers reasonable prices best car wash i been to the quality of products are good and their machines cleaned my tires better than any drive thru car wash I've been to 2 thumbs up.

Love the car wash got all the amenities u need from carpet/mat cleaner personal section to the rags/car cleaner for inside detailing and outside .

Nice staff, good machines (wash and vaccum). My membership provides free Air, towels (its self dry), chemicals (Armor All, shine spray, tire wax) to clean car inside and out by yourself. Not sure if all washes come with this perk.

At first I had a little issue but they took care of it right away. I got contacted and I was assured that they take care of their customers as the customer is always there priority.

During my recent visit, the car wash appeared disorganized. A sign was blocking the entrance, which caused confusion when pulling in. Once inside, the employee asked which service I wanted, but their tone felt rushed and dismissive. I hope management can improve both the layout and staff communication, as the experience left a negative impression.
