The healing options that Pivotal offers can change your mind, body and soul. Jennifer has been a light that has been helping others for as long as I have known her, and now that she’s at PP, I can’t wait to see how much she grows. 100% trust in the program.

Review from Google · view on GoogleMy husband and I got massages and facials today and had a fabulous experience. The owner Lorraine was able to accommodate us on short notice. Logan and Katherine were both responsive and fabulous masseurs. Overall the service and attention were top notch! We are not from Waco, but would absolutely return regularly if we were. Highly recommend!

Review from Google · view on GoogleDanielle (Dani) is my go to at Pivotal. She is a clinical esthetician with 30+ years of experience and has been taking exceptional care of my problem skin. Dani's personality is that of a servant heart and a giving heart. She has so much knowledge to share with her clients and genuinely cares about your skin health. So, if you are looking for a esthetician who will get your skin health where it needs to be, Dani is it. No skin issue is difficult for her. Pivotal has a warm, awesome atmosphere for women and men who not only want to accomplish their spa goals but want it done in a professional, inviting atmosphere as well. Dani is the one to go to at Pivotal!!
