Great gym, VERY clean, not too busy at all, however the hot water heater must have an issue and I think it may need to be addressed because the water goes cold very fast, 5 minutes max and it gets cold. That is my only complaint though otherwise it’s a wonderful gym.

one of the best planets. Clean, not many visitors. There are all the necessary trinacria. Of the minuses - the water in the shower is barely warm, the staff at the counter does not notice your absence. But I always give five stars because after all I have the opportunity to train in any corner of this country.

Nice staff, Clean gym and safe environment. Colton is a very valuable asset to your company and very helpful to all of us. He really seemed to care about his staff and all of us members.

We've addressed it with staff. It got hot for maybe two minutes for two days, then back to ice cold and wont even let luke warm. If you offer showers, we should be able to use them.

Byram is my home base and I want to make this clear the employees are fantastic so what I’m gonna share is no reflection of them. I’ve worked out in a lot of Planet Fitness locations across the country and the most recent one was in Good hope location in Milwaukee . The have a few suggestions that I saw there that might further enhance the great facility in Byram . Now the location in Milwaukee is probably twice the size of Byram in square footage, so I’m allowing that in this review .
1) the tanning beds should have mirrors for people who may work out at lunch and need to make sure they are dressed properly
2) on the tanning beds time limits, it should be 12 minutes as it used to be when i first

3) a few more free weight exercise . I saw quite a few . Not bench press or anything else, but bicep curl bar bench
This are all minor things and probably doesn’t ring a “ let’s do what he suggested “ , but every little bit helps . I’m sure upper management would make that decision . But I stand by Cedric and his team every time
