Kendrick is amazing! The service I receive at Platinum Auto is above and beyond. He’s always very friendly and very honest. The work gets done right the first time and the price he charges is very fair. This is definitely where I would take your vehicle. This is where I take all of mine.

I am not one to take my vehicles to just any mechanic, but I was in a time crunch and had a problem that I didn't have time for. Kendrick did a great job with my truck and was able to get me in with his busy schedule. I will definitely be a returning customer going forward.

Kendrick did a great job changing my timing belt and water pump, and suggested other maintenance items that were easier to do since he was already in there. He was honest about the work and worked with my schedule so I could drop off and pickup conveniently. Definitely recommend. Hard to find a shop that doesn’t…

My 2012 Honda Pilot needed some repairs done quickly. Platinum Auto Repair LLC replaced my alternator and belt, new brakes all around, new rotors on the back and they were able to turn the front ones to save me some money, which I appreciated very much.
