Very quick response. Came out after hours when our water heater stopped working and started leaking and we really needed hot water in the morning. Was very efficient and had a new water heater installed quickly and we had hot water within a couple of hours. Very friendly and professional service.

I was also impressed by how he put my utility room back in order after installing the water heater, including moving my washer back into place and hooking up the hoses, and even spreading out the rugs neatly!
