As a REALTOR, I constantly need help with plumbing. PlumbWorks always does a great job for me and my clients. They treat people right and get it done correctly the first time, every time. Highly recommended!
Chase did a full refurb of our bathroom fixtures and did an incredible job. Super personable and professional, highly recommended!
Terrence was very knowledgeable and quickly; understood the issues we were left after having a different company make changes to our water pressure. I will definitely ask for Terrance Ashcroft, of Plumbworks, should we have any plumbing related issues in the future.
Terrance was very personable and knowledgeable! He was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it for us!
Jerome was great! He remembered that he had been to our home before and had installed a new faucet. That was 8 years ago. He thought he could repair the same faucet today but very quickly realized that there was a lot of calcification in the inside mechanism that could not be removed. So new faucet had to be…
Alex, Eric, Jerome, Andrew, and Chase from Plumb Works were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They showed up on time, thoroughly investigated issues and transparently quoted work to relocate exterior hose spout and related piping which was previously leaking in the crawl space. Andrew returned to repair…

Once again, we are thrilled with Plumb Works. We have been customers for 40 years!! We needed a quick service call to replace a broken kitchen faucet. They were here within 8 hours. They are always punctual, professional and knowledgable. Alex was especially trained to get in to the tight space under the farm sink.…
Quick response, quick appointment, on time job done so fast great job like them and always get service from them
Very thorough and determined with a tougher than expected job
From the initial call to schedule a repair to the actual service, the entire experience was top-notch. We had a plumbing emergency, and Ray got a plumber out to our home in about an hour and a half. Mr. Krum did an excellent job, was very detailed and explained the entire problem and process. The price was fair and…
Andrew was my technician and arrived quickly and finished my project very quickly also.
Amazing. Andrew Wexler is a genius plumber. He solved 3 problems we have had for years!! Other plumbers just threw their hands in the air and Andrew found the problem and solution for all 3 major issues in one visit!! He is the Hercule Poirot of plumbing! He is very personable and interested in helping with our plumbing puzzles!
Brilliant as normal.
Plumb Works did a great job for me, as usual. Alex is very knowledgeable, competent, and thorough. I greatly appreciate his expertise.
I had a great experience working with Jerome and would highly recommend him, especially to first-time homeowners. From the start, he was incredibly hardworking, courteous, and consistently positive. He took the time to clearly explain what he recommended, what work he would be taking on, and why, which made the…
Plumbworks came out to address our issues quickly and completed the work then and there. Andrew was fast, efficient, and clear with all communication.

Alex is outstanding in every way !!
jerome was very knowledgeable and fixed my kitchen faucet and increased the water pressure for my shower and kitchen sink. I also had him look to see if we can install a whole house filteration system and he came up with the perfect install plan 😁

Plumbworks has always saved us when we've had plumbing issues and Terrence was a huge help today! He was prompt, efficient, and friendly and fixed several problems we've been living with for years, explaining the process for us as he went. Five stars!!
Great, fast, helpful and honest service from Plumb Works and Krum. Have worked with them twice now and have always had a great experience.
Terrence Ashcraft responded to a call today. He noted we had a bathroom faucet that was 17 years old and will soon need to be replaced. He has provided plumbing service for us in the past and knows what he's doing. Several of our plumbing issues are due to original fixtures/fittings from 1938 construction. He…
Andrew fixed my leaky kitchen faucet. I asked him to replace my water filter. He took a look at it and told me that it wasn't quite ready to be changed out. I appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend Plumb Works.
Our condominium building is almost 100 years old. Plumbing is shared and poor quality work could cause damage to other units. We have relied on Plumb Works for professionalism and excellence for many years.
I was pleased with the 50 point inspection. Hooked up my gas stove and so happy with the work. He really knows what he’s doing. Attends to fine details so my plumbing is running at optimal efficiency.
He came, he saw, he solved. Great work!
Have used Plumb Works for about 30 years. Professional, reliable and Krum is currently our expert - on time, intelligent and courteous! A pleasure to have him working in our house. Quick, efficient, reliable and very knowledgeable.
Plumbworks' Eric Ponder was ontime, professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. He was very clear on his assessment and very supportive. He tightened a few connections but didn't need to repair anything.
Eric was great! Professional and talented
Jerome of Plumbworks came to our house today to fix two toilets, evaluate why our steam shower wasn’t working, and see why we had low flow to several different faucets. He fixed what he could today and gave me a promise to return in 1-2 days with a quote for a new steamer. Just a knowledgeable guy who instills a…
Terrence did a great job! This is the second time he’s been here and takes care of us and has fun with our dog!
