We had a leak over our garage. Alex was very thorough and checked everything bit no leak was found. Turns out it may have been a spill by our cleaning service. Kim was the most helpful tradesmen we’ve ever had do a house call. He found our gas leak quickly and was able to offer a feasible solution. Kim did exactly what was necessary and didn’t try to upsell us on anything else, and that’s hard to come by nowadays. We’ll definitely be going back to PlumbWorks for all of our plumbing needs.
The service provider, Chase, had been to my home previously, and was as knowledgeable about my hot water heater as he was about the toilet in the past. He was quick, concise and transparent. He clearly understands the value of providing great customer service.

Terrence at Plumb Works was excellent! I requested a service appointment on a Sunday and they fit me in at their earliest opening the very next day. Terrence was thorough, explained everything he was doing (and why), and root caused our leak. He even re-caulked our shower where the leak was originating from. Recommend!
