JB and Aaron took great care of us today. Knowledgeable and friendly. Had an upstairs tub leak. Worried we might have to start pulling up tile and the repair might cost thousands. They diagnosed the problem in minutes, made the repair and even re-caulked our tub; all for around $200. Thank you PlumbWorks!
August 21,2026 Jerome was great! During our last visit we installed a new kitchen sink faucet. Several weeks later we noticed it was loose. We made an appointment online on August 20 and was able to get an appointment the very next day. We really appreciated the quick appointment time. Jerome came, and we love…

Been using PlumbWorks for years and, with several different technicians, have been very pleased. Chase did a thorough job and resolved every concern. Highly recommend PlumbWorks.
We had a leak over our garage. Alex was very thorough and checked everything bit no leak was found. Turns out it may have been a spill by our cleaning service. In any case, he advised is what to look for and we have already ruled out one of the possibilities. Alex was very professional and we appreciated the discount due to pit maintenance agreement.

They showed up on time, thoroughly investigated issues and transparently quoted work to relocate exterior hose spout and related piping which was previously leaking in the crawl space. Andrew returned to repair…
Experiencing a water leak somewhere not easily evident. Alex came out quickly and surveyed the entire system, both inside and outside of house from the water main. Identified the likely source and put together an estimate for repairs.
I worked with Plumb Works since 1995 when I started The Cook's Warehouse. Great company and service, always! I recently had a problem at home and Alex was exceptional. I highly recommend Plumb Works to anyone needing plumbing services either residential or commercial.
Once again, we are thrilled with Plumb Works. We have been customers for 40 years!! We needed a quick service call to replace a broken kitchen faucet. They were here within 8 hours. Amazing work! Immediate response! Would highly recommend. Thank you for the wonderful work at our house.
Kim was the most helpful tradesmen we’ve ever had do a house call. He found our gas leak quickly and was able to offer a feasible solution. Kim did exactly what was necessary and didn’t try to upsell us on anything else, and that’s hard to come by nowadays. We’ll definitely be going back to PlumbWorks for all of our plumbing needs.
The service provider, Chase, had been to my home previously, and was as knowledgeable about my hot water heater as he was about the toilet in the past. He was quick, concise and transparent. He clearly understands the value of providing great customer service.
Extremely pleased with this technicians level of experience. Would highly recommend him. I would not hesitate requesting him when needed again. God bless you and thank you.
Very knowledgeable and responsive.
Super easy to book online. The technician sent notifications prior to arrival, and was within the scheduled window. Very straightforward, great communication, and all pricing was transparent before any discovery or repair work was done. Would recommend.
Suspected a water main leak, PW dispatched Alex the same day and we were able to confirm there was no leak in our main line. He was fast efficient and friendly, couldn’t ask for better service!

The Toto Washlet in my hall bathroom Christmas Eve with company staying in the house (of course) began spraying water all over the bathroom until I turned the water off at the wall. Wow. I'm not joking...I told my wife I had goosebumps after I got off the phone with Andrew, the technician that fixed several gas leaks and an improperly vented water heater for a blind, senior neighbor here in Kirkwood. It's SO nice to deal with a friendly, confident, competent, technician who genuinely cares and…
Krum is the best! He came out for my home inspection during due diligence and came back out to provide the service. This was a full days of work with a partner. They moved my water shut off out of crawl space, reworked my pipes for crawl space access, reworked pipes of of a leaking sink with missing parts, and…
Terrence at Plumb Works was excellent! I requested a service appointment on a Sunday and they fit me in at their earliest opening the very next day. Terrence was thorough, explained everything he was doing (and why), and root caused our leak. He even re-caulked our shower where the leak was originating from. Recommend!
Terrence did an awesome job and really cool and knowledgeable guy. I’m very satisfied with the service I received today and would highly recommend.
Andrew did a great job today of identifying a leak in our pipe and setting up a day for a major repair to stop the leak! Thanks!!
Excellent customer service and detail
Krum did an excellent job, explaining the issues to me and showing me how my kitchen pipes would be repaired. He was up front about the cost and about the options available to me. Andrew fixed my leaky kitchen faucet. I asked him to replace my water filter. He took a look at it and told me that it wasn't quite ready to be changed out. I appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend Plumb Works.
It was a long, hot day! Crew worked very hard under the circumstances, kept us informed as the project progressed and was very courteous.
I gotta give it to Kim…He showed up quickly, located the source of the issue and had us fixed up in no time. I have to appreciate a company who understands the urgency behind unwanted waters & one that is easy to talk to. Pricing was reasonable too. Thank you!

Andrew Wexler has really saved us three times!
Review of 3 service times (7/10 & 7/11 '23) and today, 9/28/23: now that he has been added by Plumb Works tech, Alex Robison, each time he was timely, professional, kind, and explained all materials & repair work & pricing prior to the work being initiated. He rebuilt 2 toilets due to degraded rubber due from my…
Customer service was excellent. Called on a Saturday morning and spoke with nice lady. She had one of the plumbers give me a call. After describing the issue he scheduled for his “underground pipe” specialist, Spencer to come out that Monday. They came up with a solution to fix our kitchen drain line that was…
Jacob, the Plumb Works plumber, arrived on time at my house after calling ahead to confirm he was on the way. Jacob quickly devised a plan to replace the buried gas fuel line with new piping running above ground along the side of the house. He checked to make sure the new gas fuel line was connected to all the gas…

Incredible service at a great price!
Kim was fantastic…very communicative throughout his visit, updating me on the issues with my plumbing and how he was repairing them. Great personality, just the type of professional I would want serving as the face of my business out in the community!
Same day service!!!! The technician was knowledgeable and let me know everything that was needed to be done and the quote before I agreed to the service. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you, Plumb Works.

Thanks, PlumbWorks! For determining the issue with a 56 year old cast iron drain pipe! You’ll replace it tomorrow! Thanks, Alex.
Jerome is a professional and a standup guy. He determined the part Kholer sent me was not the right one for the repair and placed an order for a proper one. He promised to call when he had further information and the cost of the part for my approval.
