Terrance was great. Timely responses and worked throughly. Really set me up to get our wall repaired, now that the pipe is repaired. This was my second time using Terrance/plumbing works - both great experiences. Highly recommend.
Excellent technician!
Jerome came, found the problem, offered 2 solutions, his suggestion and the other option and made sure it was fixed perfectly before he left.. He had to leave to get a part and come back, and did excellent work. Highly recommend Jerome!
Alex did a great job. I will move forward with his recommendations. Please have him send me the written proposal so that I can share it with my brother before I schedule the follow-up up. Thanks so much!!

Alex was knowledgeable, thorough and great to work with.
I had an emergency and Plumbworks had an excellent plumber. Eric sized up the situation and took care of all issues quickly, professionally and completely. Well done!

Kim Johnson is incredible! I always ask for him whenever I need plumbing help. Our house is 90+ years old. Kim is pleasant, hardworking, and thorough in his work. We have worked with him for years. He is excellent‼️
Jerome was the lead and he was fantastic! This was a major four-day job, replacing all of the cast-iron sewage pipes throughout our entire 1962 ranch home. After getting several different quotes, we chose them — and it was absolutely the right decision. and they handled it professionally from start to finish. They…

Have used plumb works over the years and they are the most fair, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and well- managed expert plumbing company in the Atlanta region
Extremely pleased with this technicians level of experience. Would highly recommend him. I would not hesitate requesting him when needed again. God bless you and thank you.
Super easy to book online. The technician sent notifications prior to arrival, and was within the scheduled window. Very straightforward, great communication, and all pricing was transparent before any discovery or repair work was done. Would recommend.
Terrific job. Fast and efficient.
Andrew was my technician and arrived quickly and finished my project very quickly also.

Alex from Plumb Works has been out to us about 4 or 5 times. He is consistently the best tradesman we’ve come across. Good communicator, smart, honest and helpful. Highly recommend Alex.

Alex with Plumbworks has done an exceptional with my multi-step kitchen plumbing needs. Krum is a great guy. I really appreciate his help and attention to my plumbing issues. Thumbs up 👍!
Wow. I'm not joking...I told my wife I had goosebumps after I got off the phone with Andrew, the technician that fixed several gas leaks and an improperly vented water heater for a blind, senior neighbor here in Kirkwood. It's SO nice to deal with a friendly, confident, competent, technician who genuinely cares and…
Krum is the best! He came out for my home inspection during due diligence and came back out to provide the service. This was a full days of work with a partner. They moved my water shut off out of crawl space, reworked my pipes for crawl space access, reworked pipes of of a leaking sink with missing parts, and…
I was really impressed with Spencer service. He sent the quote right after the visit and offer competitive and reasonable price. We have decided to go with Plumb Works. I was also surprised that he was able to start work after couple day. Well done and will do business again. Thank you again for the great work.
Can’t say enough good things. Alex was timely, communicative, and punctual. He made an emergency visit and diagnosed a few issues I was having. He came up with interim solutions until we could address the issues 48 hrs later. He ended up bundling a few projects and the cost was incredibly reasonable for everything…
Plumbworks staff are all great. Including the office and schedulers. The plumbers are professional and friendly and the work is always top notch.
Krum did an excellent job, explaining the issues to me and showing me how my kitchen pipes would be repaired. He was up front about the cost and about the options available to me. That was greatly appreciated. He came back and finished the job to my immense relief and satisfaction! This was no easy job! I…

Terrence did a great job! This is the second time he’s been here and takes care of us and has fun with our dog!
Customer service was excellent. Called on a Saturday morning and spoke with nice lady. She had one of the plumbers give me a call. After describing the issue he scheduled for his “underground pipe” specialist, Spencer to come out that Monday. They came up with a solution to fix our kitchen drain line that was…
Jacob, the Plumb Works plumber, arrived on time at my house after calling ahead to confirm he was on the way. Jacob quickly devised a plan to replace the buried gas fuel line with new piping running above ground along the side of the house. He checked to make sure the new gas fuel line was connected to all the gas…
Kim is very courteous and professional. If at all possible we won't call anyone else
Fixed my leaking sink on under 30 min and arrived on time

Same day service!!!! The technician was knowledgeable and let me know everything that was needed to be done and the quote before I agreed to the service. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you, Plumb Works.
Thanks, PlumbWorks! For determining the issue with a 56 year old cast iron drain pipe! You’ll replace it tomorrow! Thanks, Alex.
This was a really great experience. The team was thorough and knowledgeable and made the correct diagnosis that had been missed by the previous company.
Josh showed up on time and assessed the problem quickly. He fixed the problem and told me exactly what the situation was. Great job.
This was our third time using Plumbworks and we’ll never go anywhere else. They are responsive, courteous, neat, and incredibly professional and competent. They just saved our world at a very reasonable price after a sewer line blow out from last week’s storms, and they did it in very tight spaces in record time…
Plumbworks fit us on the schedule in less than 24 hours. Andrew was our best lumber and he was excellent. He talks to himself while he works so we had that in common, WHICH I LOVED. He was professional, smart, explained our options clearly, explained the work and he even tolerated my attempt at conversation. In the…
Spencer came to the rescue from Plumb works today. He did a fantastic job in repairing our extremely complex sewage problem. He and his colleague were personable, knowledgeable and explained everything to us. You have wonderful employees in them, as well as Josh who did a wonderful job the first time and subsequent…
Andrew went over all my plumbing issues with me and explained which ones were priorities. He was very helpful in walking me through the price and what that included and the timeframe. A very good experience!
This is our second time working with Plumb Works and they are the best! So friendly and helpful.
Had a plumbing emergency. Jerome was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. He was awesome!!!
Spencer and Plumb Works did a fantastic job for me! They were able to analyze a problem with a water leak, fix it and install a dishwasher for almost 1000 dollars less than prices quoted by Roto Rotor!
Jerome and Plumb Works were amazing. I called Tuesday evening with a non-emergency issue, and I got an appointment for the very next day. Jerome was on time and did exactly what I needed. He explained everything to me so I understood what was happening, and the price was very fair. I will definitely use Jerome and Plumb Works in the future.
Andrew was prompt, efficient and pleasant. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problems, offered solutions with pricing, completed the repairs and charged less than the initial estimate.
Jerome is phenomenal- great work, friendly, professional, and timely. Will absolutely use Plumb Works and specifically Jerome for all plumbing needs.
Great tech who took the time to explain all. Excellent service
Installed a bathroom fixture. I’ve used Plumb Works before. I like the company. Q was great.
I used plumb works several times in the last. most recently I had a very poor pricing experience. I needed help getting a vanity installed. They had to rrplumb the line and had to tear out some drywall. I had them come back after the painters fixed same (as planned) to hook up the vanity. They did so but the…
Very professional and explained everything to us. Trust this company! They have the customer’s best interest at heart.
Andrew came out on a holiday to repair a big leak. Recognizing that he couldn’t access the entire leak without tearing out the wall he recommended working w a GC to minimize the damage. In the meantime he capped the leaky pipe so the rest of the house has water.
Jacob and his assistant did an excellent and professional job. He’s my new plumber!
They were fast to work me into their schedule in an emergency situation. The plumber was great and I am happy with the service and would definitely use them again.
Our Plumber Q performed an annual inspection and replaced a faulty PRV. He was very informative and explained everything he did in both tasks. I’d recommend Plumbworks and if I have a problem in the future, I’d request Q
Very professional, took before and after photos of the work. Quote was accurate. Responsive to customer concerns. Able to diagnose issues quickly and resolve in a timely fashion. Very pleased.
These guys went above and beyond to help me out. I needed a new drain in my very old bathtub and they got it done. Would recommend!
Where do I start here. I have investment property which had a slab leak. I called out a leak detection company in Tucker who "stated" they found the leak and marked the spot. After they went silent on me about a repair I decided to call Plumb Works based on their reviews. I got very lucky making that call. They were…
They didn’t repair my faucet aerator and took it with them so that the situation is worse than before. I have called another company.
They were very professional and prompt. Texted and called to let me know they were on the way and showed up within 10 min of the appointment time, which was much appreciated.
We recently moved into our home and found a leaking elbow on one of our water supply lines. Scheduling was very easy over the phone with Plumb Works and they offered a very quick response. Personally, I was a little concerned that I could not be given a ballpark estimate over the phone for the work as it seemed…
Kass and Jacob were very thorough, and explained the whole process of replacing my water line piping as it went along. Would highly recommend Plumb Works!
They were quick to respond, come and give a quote. They scheduled the visit within one week and we're always on time. There were complications with the pipe repair, but they didn't leave until it was fixed. Overall, clean job and dedicated associates.
Great service, high price!
They were very responsive, came within hours of my call which was great. Gave us an estimate that seemed a little high but reasonable given the explanation of work needed. Made it sound like it would take several hours. We agreed to move forward. It ended up taking 20 minutes which was great but they still charged…
Would certainly hire them again.
They were very responsive and great to work with. Honest people.
The technician was polite and thorough. Discovered the problem, cut out old pipe and soldered new and I am as good as new again! Thanking you one more time.
Kim was a pro asked the right questions fixed the problems I had, he found a small ongoing leak that would have cost thousands to fix non of the other guys that came out in the past months directed it . He went above and beyond to help me understand the solutions he came up with, saved me money and was very fair. I…
They did an excellent job
These guys repaired a huge drain line in my basement. They were $300 cheaper and took half the time than the other company estimated. I asked them if they could be gone by 12 and they said they would. When I went down at 11:40 and said that I had forgotten to include driving time and I needed them to be gone in five…
Our plumber Kim was great. Very helpful and did an excellent job!
Kass was awesome and I highly recommend him!!

Andrew did an excellent job correcting a plumbing leak in my home!
I have used plumbworks for years and their service is impeccable. The difficulty to find leaks between 2 bathrooms and leaking into ceiling in our dining room downstairs would take a miracle and it was. Their work is meticulous and I will continue to use them. My angel was Robert and I am very thankful for his…
