Jerome came, found the problem, offered 2 solutions, his suggestion and the other option and made sure it was fixed perfectly before he left.. He had to leave to get a part and come back, and did excellent work. Highly recommend Jerome!
Eric was professional and great to work with. I knew I could trust him and he did an excellent job on not only identifying the leaks but giving me options to correct them. He fixed it quickly and I even got some tags to remember what lines goes to where. Thank you Eric!
JB and Aaron took great care of us today. Knowledgeable and friendly. Had an upstairs tub leak. Worried we might have to start pulling up tile and the repair might cost thousands. They diagnosed the problem in minutes, made the repair and even re-caulked our tub; all for around $200. Thank you PlumbWorks!

Terrence did a great job replacing the cartridge on my 20 year old dornbracht shower thermostat. It was a bit complicated getting the parts to fit correctly but he stuck with it until he was able to make it work. Very satisfied.

Andrew came out on a holiday to repair a big leak. Recognizing that he couldn’t access the entire leak without tearing out the wall he recommended working w a GC to minimize the damage. In the meantime he capped the leaky pipe so the rest of the house has water.
