Terrence was great. Found the problem quickly, a broken sump pump explained in detail what the replacement with backup battery would entail. Worked very hard to locate a pump and battery. Looking forward to the installation

I live in an older house with multiple renovations. I had used Plumbworks in the past for some work on my sewer ejector pump for the detached garage apartment behind my house a number of years ago. Had another issue so they came out and fixed my problem. At that time, although I am not normally a fan of warranty…
Jacob Krysiak was our technician. He was great, showed up on time, knows his stuff, explained everything, and absolutely professional in every way. I cannot say enough positives about this company and their people.
Spencer was excellent. Immediately diagnosed issue and had new pump in truck to fix problem. Super professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Gave great tips on how keep pump in great shape moving forward.
