Plumber came, then spent an hour reading his repair guide in order to figure out what to do before recommending that I get a new toilet. He charged me for the time he spent reading. I am now using a different plumber. Perhaps this represents a change in ownership?

I have started a two part repair with Plumb Works, and it sure has gone well. Their timing was responsive and as promised, the tech’s advice was excellent and I think pricing is around the average for my repairs, but service is A+. So happy I called them.
