Plumber came, then spent an hour reading his repair guide in order to figure out what to do before recommending that I get a new toilet. He charged me for the time he spent reading. I am now using a different plumber. Perhaps this represents a change in ownership?

Jerome is amazing as always! Anytime we have a problem, we call this company and request Jerome. We’ve had them come to our property about 4-5 times for different reasons, never the same. The service is always efficient, professional, and solution based. If you’re looking for an affordable and fast company, look no further.

I have started a two part repair with Plumb Works, and it sure has gone well. Their timing was responsive and as promised, the tech’s advice was excellent and I think pricing is around the average for my repairs, but service is A+. So happy I called them.

Jerome is very knowledgeable about the Kohler smart toilets and did a great job repairing ours. However the toilets are extremely costly to purchase and to maintain.

My first experience with Plumbworks was a very good one. My technician, Adam Izzo, was very knowledgeable and professional. Kass came right away on an after hours call. My bathroom was flooded and he got the leak taken care of right away. He called the restoration team on my behalf and ensured that they could come and repair my floorboard as water was everywhere. Gave me his cell and told me to call anytime. Mass and Plumb Works are my plumbers from now on.
