Jerome came, found the problem, offered 2 solutions, his suggestion and the other option and made sure it was fixed perfectly before he left.. He had to leave to get a part and come back, and did excellent work. Highly recommend Jerome!
Eric was professional and great to work with. I knew I could trust him and he did an excellent job on not only identifying the leaks but giving me options to correct them. He fixed it quickly and I even got some tags to remember what lines goes to where. Thank you Eric!
JB and Aaron took great care of us today. Knowledgeable and friendly. Had an upstairs tub leak. Worried we might have to start pulling up tile and the repair might cost thousands. They diagnosed the problem in minutes, made the repair and even re-caulked our tub; all for around $200. Thank you PlumbWorks!
Alex was knowledgeable, thorough and great to work with.
Terrance was very personable and knowledgeable! He was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it for us!
Once again, we are thrilled with Plumb Works. We have been customers for 40 years!! We needed a quick service call to replace a broken kitchen faucet. They were here within 8 hours. They are always punctual, professional and knowledgable. Alex was especially trained to get in to the tight space under the farm sink.…
Terrence did a great repairing my leaky faucet and valves. Before calling Plumb Works, I considered doing the job myself but once I saw what he had to do, I realized that I would have made things worse. Terrence was certainly very professional and that was what was needed for this job. Thanks much!
Terrance was dispatched to my residence to find and fix a leak. He was professional, courteous, and helped me understand the whats and the whys at every step. I would absolutely recommend him again.
Eric and Plumworks knows what they are doing!! Extremely professional and friendly.
I have used Plumbworks on several occasions and always been very pleased. Today they fixed a faucet leak for me. They are always responsive, professional, and I consider them a good value. They were originally referred to me by another family member, and I couldn't be more pleased.
Quick response, quick appointment, on time job done so fast great job like them and always get service from them
Timely, fixed the issue quickly, spotted some other things for us to keep an eye out on and made recommendations that were very helpful. Extremely pleasant and informative.
Eric was so friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely have him back for any other plumbing needs.
What a pleasure to find a plumber that is knowledgeable, thorough, fair and friendly. I will be recommending Jerome Bentley to all my friends.
Called yesterday and had Krum out today to fix my toilet and diagnose and fix a tub leak. Thorough, knowledgeable, friendly. Thank you!! Peace of mind is priceless
Alex from Plumb Works has been out to us about 4 or 5 times. He is consistently the best tradesman we’ve come across. Good communicator, smart, honest and helpful. Highly recommend Alex.
Very nice and actually called a day early and able to come to house!
Krum is the best! He came out for my home inspection during due diligence and came back out to provide the service. This was a full days of work with a partner. They moved my water shut off out of crawl space, reworked my pipes for crawl space access, reworked pipes of of a leaking sink with missing parts, and…
Terrence did an awesome job and really cool and knowledgeable guy. I’m very satisfied with the service I received today and would highly recommend.
Can’t say enough good things. Alex was timely, communicative, and punctual. He made an emergency visit and diagnosed a few issues I was having. He came up with interim solutions until we could address the issues 48 hrs later. He ended up bundling a few projects and the cost was incredibly reasonable for everything…
Plumbworks staff are all great. Including the office and schedulers. The plumbers are professional and friendly and the work is always top notch.
Very happy with Plumbworks. Krum Kovachev was on time, friendly and professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem at a fair price.
Eric was great. Arrived on time. Was professional and friendly. Fixed problem quickly. Very happy.
Terrence did a great job replacing the cartridge on my 20 year old dornbracht shower thermostat. It was a bit complicated getting the parts to fit correctly but he stuck with it until he was able to make it work. Very satisfied.
Kim always fixes our problems in the most professional and timely way. You can't find a better person to address all of your plumbing needs. I don't give alot of google reviews either.
Spencer was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. Great to work with.
Eric is wonderful. Extremely nice guy who showed up promptly and is very knowledgeable about plumbing. Highly recommend.
Have used Plumb Works for about 30 years. Professional, reliable and Krum is currently our expert - on time, intelligent and courteous! A pleasure to have him working in our house. Quick, efficient, reliable and very knowledgeable.
Andrew Wexler has really saved us three times!
Customer service was excellent. Called on a Saturday morning and spoke with nice lady. She had one of the plumbers give me a call. After describing the issue he scheduled for his “underground pipe” specialist, Spencer to come out that Monday. They came up with a solution to fix our kitchen drain line that was…
Jacob, the Plumb Works plumber, arrived on time at my house after calling ahead to confirm he was on the way. Jacob quickly devised a plan to replace the buried gas fuel line with new piping running above ground along the side of the house. He checked to make sure the new gas fuel line was connected to all the gas…

Fixed a hard to find slow water leak in the kitchen. Another job well done. Prompt service. Fair price. Plumb Works has been my first choice for plumbing repairs for the past 10 years. Highly recommended.
Spencer and Plumb Works did a fantastic job for me! They were able to analyze a problem with a water leak, fix it and install a dishwasher for almost 1000 dollars less than prices quoted by Roto Rotor!
Andrew was prompt, efficient and pleasant. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problems, offered solutions with pricing, completed the repairs and charged less than the initial estimate.
I came home and discovered that there was a major problem with my plumbing….sewage backing up into my tubs and water all over the floor. Immediately went to google for recommendations for a plumber. Plumbworks was the first on the list, and with one call I was able to get the help I needed. Jacob was thorough, he…
Great service - knowledgeable, progressional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended.
I live in an older house with multiple renovations. I had used Plumbworks in the past for some work on my sewer ejector pump for the detached garage apartment behind my house a number of years ago. Had another issue so they came out and fixed my problem. At that time, although I am not normally a fan of warranty…
