PHD was very professional. Honest group only replacing what needs to done. Called them out to replace a pressure relief valve I knew was leaking and they got the job done quickly and did a through inspection and clean up of my broiler system.

JD came out on an emergency call out to fix our furnace that had a small leak. Walked through the problem with us and was able to get everything back on track. Gave recommendations for future maintenance and what to watch out for with our current set up. Highly appreciated and super fast service.

This company was able to come to repair our furnace within 2 hours of my call. The young man was respectful, thorough and took care of the issue in a very timely manner.

Excellent service! I discovered a leaking water heater on Monday and by Friday I had a new on-demand unit installed. JD & Dave were great and answered all my questions, they left my garage cleaner than when they arrived. Every person I spoke with at PHD was great, very polite & professional. I've already recommended PHD to several friends.

Dan came in and assessed the problem immediately. Told me what I needed and gave me overall cost of parts and labor. He returned with parts and it up and running in less than 45 min. I absolutely recommend this company and I would use them again.

The PHD came with a recommendation and also was the only company who could come out that same day to look at my problems. Charges were clearly explained and fair. It was after-hours call but JD was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I would call them again.

Our technician Richard did a thorough job of first diagnosing the part that was malfunctioning. Then he got the right parts, inspected them and installed them correctly. When an unforeseen issue came up he made sure to make sure all the parts were in proper working order. We are thankful for his service the furnace works great

Had a pipe burst on a Sunday morning and this company was on site and the repair was complete within 2 hours! Amazing service!

Robby, the repair tech was great. He was on time (actually early) and was very knowledgeable of the issue and heat was back on in less than 30 min. He was also nice enough to come inside to give me a quick tutor on best practices for the thermostat. Great company with great response time and very nice guy. Thanks.
