He said to call if I needed any other work done for the bathroom. A few months later the fan quit working so I called PHD and they promptly sent him out…

JD came out on an emergency call out to fix our furnace that had a small leak. Walked through the problem with us and was able to get everything back on track. Gave recommendations for future maintenance and what to watch out for with our current set up. Highly appreciated and super fast service.

Experience started off great with fast service but the technician who fixed the problem for hot water base board could not complete the job as he had a broken pump. So I got charged for full service that time and then told me the other employee who had a working pump would have to come fix it but would only charge me in 15 min increments for the job he could not finish. The new guy shows up 2 days later and charges me $753.00 to fix the issue caused by their employee.

Good afternoon, Scott. Thank you for your review, as we are always looking for ways to improve our business and customer relations. Upon our initial appointment, it was our understanding that you had a leak from a copper pipe that was punctured, and the leak was active and emergent. We sent our technician that was soonest available to mitigate water damage and repair the leak. Upon our arrival we diagnosed a boiler loop was the line that had been punctured. The technician on site did not have a proper pump to fill and purge the boiler loop, as he is not our certified boiler technician and does not work on boilers unless supervision of a certified technician is on site. Without knowing this was a boiler loop upon our initial conversation over the phone when booking the call, our technician and office coordinated and approved a later date to have a certified boiler technician return on site to properly look over the boiler and purge all heat loops, as the immediate emergency of the copper pipe leak had been repaired and the initial service call was completed. Upon inspection of the boiler loops at the time of the initial service call, it was noted that the auto air vents on your system were leaking, and we advised replacement of those parts, as the boiler system was going to be drained down and purged on the return visit, which would be cost effective to replace at that time. With approval we addressed these repairs which incurred additional time and cost to the follow up appointment. If there is any communication, or follow up we can offer you, please reach out to us. I previously called the Plumbing & Heating Doctor to replace a bathroom faucet and JD showed up on time and conducted himself in a very professional capacity. He said to call if I needed any other work done for the bathroom. A few months later the fan quit working so I called PHD and they promptly sent him out again. He replaced all 3 bathroom fans since they were all installed the same time. He worked efficiently and professionally yet again. Another employee Adam showed up a short time later and I got to witness JD training him. I appreciated the company offering on the job training for young people looking for a possible career path. They cleaned up as they went and finished the job quickly. I will be calling PHD when it comes time to inspect my heating equipment for the upcoming winter season!
