Service was good, seemed a little pricey to unstuck a sponge that was accidentally flushed down the toilet. The employee also made an inappropriate comment about my wife. Next time, I'm looking elsewhere.

Mitko was on time and very polite. He explained what the repair would involve and left the toilet area cleaner than when he started.
An excellent job was done by Pablo. He replaced the pressure-reducing valve and made all the fittings look much nicer than before. He also inspected the water heating unit and provided good advice. Highly recommended!
