The tech texted before arriving and came during the scheduled window - had the part and was very knowledgeable and personable - fixed the gas ignition on the new water heater! And it was covered under warranty. So no charge

I had called quite a few companies and all were very pricey. Plumbing Care came and did the work in a little over an hour. But the best part was he did all the work without draining/refilling my tank when the others said they would have to do that. A lot of water to waste! I'm very satisfied!
